Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small but mighty! Originally I thought the vacuum head was regular sized, but it is much smaller. Which is great for those tight spaces, and has such manoeuvrability. It is very light weight. Battery charges fast and I can get 2 runs of my house before needing to charge again. Way better and quicker than using a broom! Super easy and touch-free emptying, and even cleaning the filter is a breeze! The only thing that is taking a bit of getting used to is the location of the toggle button. I keep accidently pressing it when moving the vacuum or storing it just because the handle seems to be where you naturally want to grab it. Overall, very impressed and happy with my purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does exactly what I wanted I bought this vacuum for quick cleanups on my kitchen tile and family room hardwood floors. It works very well for this. The articulating head makes it easy to get around and under items. The battery does last for 20-25 minutes, as claimed. I haven't cleaned my carpeting with it, but it sure sucked the dog hair off a couple of floor mats in an instant. Why only four stars? As a hand-held, it's not in the same league as my Dyson hand-held. Yes, it does pick stuff up, but the power and suction of the Dyson is vastly superior. But, as I said, I bought it primarily to vacuum floors, not as a hand-held, and I'm 100% happy with it in this respect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money! Do NOT purchase this vacuum i purchased this vacuum as i have a back injury and can not carry heavy things. this vacuum is great for how light weight it is. But here is the problems i have with this vacuum. first save your money and do not buy this vacuum...... 1.you have to hold the trigger button and keep repressing it for the vacuum to work. 2. It does not work on any carpet dont even try. will not take off any pet hair off of my couch or car. which was another reason why i purchased this product to help me clean my car out with the cordless option. it just does not work well at all. will pick up light weight hair if on tile but anything heavier it just wont pick it up....

I had bought after reading numerous reviews (for the most part positive) regarding it's versatility and convenient features. There were even articles online to go as far as to compare it to "Dyson's" cordless vacuum. sadly, this product does NOT live up to its description. It pretty much pushes dirt around my house. I find myself emptying the filter/canister 3-4 times thinking it would help, but it doesn't. Nothing is more frustrating than to have to get my broom out every time I turn off the vacuum to lift it and all the sand and dirt falls out to the floor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I bought this vacuum cleaner last year, right away I noticed that the suction wasn't good but the worst part was when I turned it off after vacuuming all the debris and dust fell to the floor, needing another vacuum or a broom to pick them up. I did not return it to the store because it states right on the box to contact Hoover, which I did. They sent me another one, even though I mentioned it them to please send me a different model since I wasn't happy with this one. The new Hoover Impulse had the exact same problem. I contacted Hoover again, nothing was done. I put them back in the boxes and that's where they have been since.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst vacuum I have ever owned I bought this vacuum and it worked alright for about a week or 2. After a while all it would pick was my dogs hair from ahard floor surface but the suction is so poor (even if I empty the vacuum and clean the filter everytime) that nothing else gets aspirated. Sand, small rocks or any tiny debris stay on the floor. I need to pass the broom everytime afterwards. I returned the product 2 months after purchasing it and got sent a new one (I had to pay for the transport and couldn't get a refund). The new vacuum turns out to be as bad as the first one. It is totally worthless. I wish I could get a full refund because this product is such poorly designed it shouldn't exist. Very not satisfied... it is the worst vacuum I have ever owned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not all I thought it would be I have had this vacuum for approx. 5 months. I am not as impressed as I thought I would be after reading reviews. It is light, easy to maneuver, the charge I find last a good amount of time. But I am not likening where it lacks in suction, I have done everything to keep the filters, hise and head of it clean, but I find it is always leaving a pile of dirt when I lift if after turning off the power and it spreads around, it doesn't matter how many time I vacuum I am always left with a pile of dirt. I tried using the attachments in my car and it wasnt picking up any of the dirt. I would take it back if I had the box stil.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It spits dirt back out when you turn it off I bought it a month ago and use it daily on laminate floor. When vacuuming, it only sucks up dirt when you push it forward. When you pull it back, it just moves it around and doesn't vacuum it up. When you turn it off, it drops the dirt back out on the floor. When I finish vacuuming, I turn on the turbo hoping it will suck all the dirt up, but that doesn't work either. I clean the filters after each use but it doesn't make any difference. I'm really disappointed in the product. Sadly, there's no easy way to return it to the retailer because everything's Covid closed. I guess, I'm stuck with a dud. Don't buy it.
