Is the downrod adjustable? I don't want it to hang too low

How many bulbs does this fixture use? The description says 1 but it says 2 bulbs are included. Also, how many lumens are the bulbs? What is the equivalent incandescent wattage?

Hello Rob, we are sorry for the confusion. This fan comes with two 9 watt LED bulbs. The lumens output is 800 per light bulb. We would recommend checking the box of the incandescent bulbs for the equivalent wattage of a LED bulb. We were happy with the air movement, yes.  With the 3 blade configuration and we have ours installed in a larger open room 600 sq ft - happy with the performance on warm/hot summer days.

Hello, a fan of this size is meant to be used in a room size of 100 square feet to 400 square feet. You will need at least 30 inches from the tip of the blade to any object in the room. If you room is smaller then 100 square feet, you will need a smaller sized fan. If the room is over 400 square feet, you will need a bigger fan. ~Stacy
