They have a locking pin and flat pieces welded to the legs so they don’t sink on asphalt. Also, the area where the pinch welds of the car sit are flat so you can use it on smaller cars, not just trucks. Very happy with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked for me but consider your suspension travel I bought these thinking they were more than tall enough for my 2019 Highlander but without the jack stand pads I bought ("YTOOS", from Amazon), they would not have been high enough on their own to get the rear wheels off the ground. I did not account for the suspension travel causing the wheels to drop down as the car is being lifted. It needs to be jacked-up quite a lot higher than you might think to overcome the suspension travel and get the wheels actually off the ground... as I found out. YMMV.
