The rubber lined handle doesn't work for me - gloves are a must. I got a blister on my hand after 3mins of use. I recommend black wood instead of rubber in the future. Thanks.

Who came up with the name "landscape axe"? The proper name for this tool is a "pulaski". Calling it anything else dishonors the name of Ed Pulaski, the forest firefighter who invented it--a firefighter who saved the lives of 40 men at one time during the Great Burn of 1910 in Idaho.

Some guy sitting behind a desk that makes those types of decisions named it. He got a picture, didn't really do a lot research on its history because, why. Doesn't matter what it's called as long as it works.
