Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tons of space for the price. Lots of room in this box. It comes coated with a nicer textured coat of paint then the other husky boxes at home depot. The wide drawer on the bottom cabinet is tall enough to put your deep sockets in standing up. As well the larger drawers on the bottom of the cabinet are much larger then they appear in the pictures. It is however not as deep front to back as my other boxes but as I put my boxes up the side of my garage its not really a bad thing as it keep my floor space a bit more open and fits all the tools I want to put in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bang for the dollar Just bought this unit on friday, i had this unit along with a millwalkie 46 inch paid for with my credit card via the phone untill i was able to get to hd to view both boxes and make a decision on wat combo i wanted as both boxes were selling fast. Both units were sxs in the store so i was able to make a good comparison between the two units. Both units are made from the same steel gauge, the drawers on the husky are deeper on the top chest, the millwalkie are very shallow. The overall construction between the two are very similar, the base of the millwalkie is stronger , but thats the only difference. If the tool chest is gonna be just sitting in one place, than the base doesnt matter anyways. Save yourself a few hunderd bucks and buy the husky, u wont be disappointed, its worth every penny. I bought home the husky and got my refund on the millwalkie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great box for the price, even with some oddities! I just bought this set the other day, because the price is just too good for what you get. There's a lot of storage and convenience is this box. Having said that, there are some weird things about it that probably explain why it is so inexpensive. The most common thing is the drawer size; they're all just *slightly* off standard sizes. It looks like the designers built the outside dimensions of the drawers to nominal sizes, not the interior of the drawers. So if you buy a 16" organizer, you find it does not fit because the drawer depth is 15 3/4" for some reason. The drawer heights are the same situation; the big drawer in the bottom cabinet is just *barely* able to fit the most common socket organizer around (the Hansen socket tray). If you remove the foam liner, there is enough clearance to close the drawer, but with the liner in, the tray scrapes on the frame. Since they are not listed anywhere (that I can find) here are the ***INTERNAL*** drawer dimensions on mine. (All drawers have an additional 1/4" or so gap between them and the nearest drawer or frame): Top Box: - left 3 drawers: 30" wide x 15 3/4" deep x 2 5/8" tall - right 3 drawers: 23 1/8" wide x 15 3/4" deep x 2 5/8" tall Bottom Cabinet: - large upper drawer: 55 1/2" wide x 15 1/2" deep x 3 1/2" tall - 5 left small drawers: 29 3/4" wide x 15 3/4" deep x 2 5/8" tall - 1 left big drawer: 29 3/4" wide x 15 3/4" deep x 8 3/4" tall - 4 right small drawers: 23" wide x 15 3/4" deep x 2 5/8" tall - 1 right big drawer: 23" wide x 15 3/4" deep x 12" tall While this is not a professional mechanic's box that will survive 25 years of daily use, it **is** a great box for a home shop or part time / hobby mechanic. Plus, you can't beat the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hidden Gem I looked at a lot of boxes from the typical big places you would look. In my opinion, this is BY FAR THE BEST VALUE. I bought the 60" width one (which I believe was a special limited run at Father's Day). They make a 52" one that is the same box, just narrower). Both are the same price $798 CDN. Anyway, I love this box. Great construction. Packaged really well. Heavy Duty. And most of all EXCELLENT PRICE. Most boxes like this are smaller (52" width) and are $1200 or so, and sometimes go on sale for $800 or $900. This is a $798 all the time. Kudos to Home Depot for great piece!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value Bought it last week. Took four guys to load it the the van. One of the slides has a loose rivet and the drawer does not function properly. This should have been caught at final inspection at the factory. Obvious lack to quality control. Hence, 4 star rating. Otherwise, good value for the money. Now I have to fix the drawer on a thousand dollar tool box....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good valve I bought this box 2 months ago got it home and opened it up which was packaged well easy to open and found some small damage on the lower box but nothing to complain about. For a large box it still seems lacking for space do to odd sixe drawers but it works okay and looks awsome great home box

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bad. I bought this Toolchest a few months back and it's not bad for the money. It's definitely not made of the best grade material but there is definitely much worse products out there. If I were going to be moving this tool chest around I would have bought one made of better quality steel. I would recommend this toolbox for any homeowner that has a lot of tools that they would like to have organized.

What is the hight of the longest drawer ? Will it fit a 3 5/8 inch  tall socket rail ?

Asked by: Pro1911
The wide middle drawer will not fit the half inch Hansen socket organizer, they are too tall, the drawer height is about 3. 4 inches high.

can the side handle and bottle opener be switched to the other side?

Asked by: giarcm
Out of the box, no. There are only nut inserts on the right side of the box. There's nothing keeping you from drilling some holes and adding your own if you like though.
