This Husky 36-inch 12 Drawer Tool Chest and Cabinet is great for storing and organizing all your tools and hardware. The chest is made from high grade all-welded steel construction and finished with tough industrial powder coat paint. 12-Drawers and easily accessible top till provide a total of 21,704 cu.-inch storage capacity. Drawers are all full-extension and glide effortlessly on ball-bearing slides that can support up to 100 lb. These slides also have a unique Secure Latch retention system that ensures your drawers are completely closed and secured. Premium Drawer Liners included to protect your tools and drawers. The reinforced top lid is supported by gas struts which make it easier to open and close. An ergonomic handle and 5-inch x 2-inch casters allow you to easily move your cabinet around your workspace. Total weight capacity of the cabinet is 1,500 lb. Both the chest and cabinet have an internal keyed locking system, with 2 keys provided, for added security.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Get the Red Chest... I purchased this unit because it's more compact than the 52" unit that used to be available with the USB power strip built in. What I did not know was that the black version of this unit does NOT come with this strip. The angle of the photos on the website at the time of purchase did not reveal that this unit does not have the power strip - only the red version does. Only the red version was set up in store to look at. The listing for the black unit also itemizes the strip as quantity one - Home Depot should fix this as there are numerous reviews stating the same. I only kept it because it is not easy returning a 300lb item to the store. Do yourself a favor and get the Red version which is less expensive and has the strip included...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy this in red or else.. This product is listed as being available in red or black, and the differences between the two are significant. I saw the red one on display and decided i would go with the black one as the only red one available was the display model. The black one was $10 more, no idea why, and when I got it home to put together, the black tool chest was missing the the “power bar with 4 outlets and 2 USB ports”. Not just missing, but not even a recess where it should have been. Very upsetting. I guess the moral of the story is: buy the floor model, so you know for sure what you are getting, and likely at a discount.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many drawers make light loads If I used this professionally I think I’d find the drawers a little clunky on the opening and closing, but for my home hobby level garage it’s great value, especially when it’s in sale! I’ve got this, a 27” upper/lower combo, and another 36” lower: ALL my tools are sorted, and they generally aren’t on top of each other in the drawers.

Drawer slides work well and have a spring loaded feature to help close and keep drawers closed. Locking mechanism works well. Really like the deep top section. I keep my bluetooth speaker, chargers and batteries here. The built in USB ports and 120 volt outlets are a nice feature. I use the box everyday in a professional setting and would recommend if you are looking for a nice box that won't break the bank.

The paint finish is great and the blue colour sets it apart from your typical red or black tool chests. Love the internal switchable powerbar which also includes a pair of powered USB ports. A great buy and would recommend to anyone.

Looks like huskey and home depot are the same company. tried and tried.just sat of hold finally gave up. I am sure covid 19 played a part in it. Still payed good money gonna be careful of brand i buy from home depot.dont wanna have to rely on them for support i had it ordered.local store didnt have this one. destroyed the box assembling. returning it would of been huge pain as of its assembled size and no packaging

Plus it comes with a power adaptor and 2 USB charging stations. All the mats fit perfect and I assembled it in my flip flops without any issue. Great buy !
