This pull comes pakaged with 1 in (25 mm) screws for use on cabinet doors and drawers, as well as 2 in (50 mm) screws for use on barn doors. The 1 in (25 mm) screws will fit with most of the popular melamine thicknesses, which range between 5/8 in to 3/4 in (16 mm to 19 mm).
This maximum security combination strike is constructed of stamped steel and it comes plated in a satin nickel finish. It features slightly taller latch and bolt openings to accommodate door hardware spaced from 5-1/2 in. to 6 in. from center to center. This security strike is designed to replace the standard (separate) latch and deadbolt strike plates with a one-piece combo plate and up to 5 more screws for maximum security. Installation of this combo strike repairs and strengthens a locked door with six 3 in. long screws that attach to the jack/trimmer stud to help prevent kick-ins. Some mortising and pilot hole drilling may be required for flush install.
