Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic little light but not 2 inch Very nice little light that comes with a sweet junction box that has very easy to use connectors so no messing around with those awful marettes. Pros - Hard to find a comparable size. - Excellent quality CRI 90 light coming of these little guys. Negatives: - On the expensive size but worth it for a few feature spots. - Its not 2". The required hole saw is slightly greater than 2 3/4". 3" is too large. - And now the worst feature is that once they are clipped in they are NOT COMING OUT without breaking the clip so painting the ceiling is a pain.

what are the dimensions of the junction box ? will it fit into the 2.75" hole made in the drywall for the light ?

Yes, everything that goes above the ceiling will fit through the one hole that the lamp gets inserted into.  All dimensions, installation instructions etc can be downloaded from Illume’s web site. These are nicely made units.

Can three 2" Regressed ( I-REGRD2WH) be wired in a series.

Three or more lights can be wired on the same circuit, but correctly speaking they are wired in parallel. You cannot wire these lights in series, just as a normal Home wiring you would not wire any lights in series.

Re: Illume, Model # I-REGRD2WH: Is there a drawing for this light? What is the diameter of the bottom flange? I'm doing something odd, I need to install the light into a 2 x 4", so I have only 3.5" width available. Will the flange fit?
