The ultimate in pipe connection flexibility Suitable for pipe with outside diameter from 0.59" to 0.83" (15-21mm) Coupling accepts following pipe: 1/2" PEX 1/2" CTS Polyethylene 1/2" Copper Flexible connections - Designed to fit a wide range of different diameters on most materials. Easier and faster to install - Simply witness mark the pipe against the flange on the fitting and then insert the pipe to the correct depth. No special tools are needed. The nut can be tightened using a wrench. No scrap value unlike brass fittings. Lasts longer – Made from advanced thermoplastic materials. Avoiding corrosion and ensuring a long service life (50+ year design life*). Safety – Composite construction means there is no leachate of heavy materials and is completely free of lead. No cuts (no sharp edges). Applications - used extensively for repair work, new installations and upgrades.
