Economical, sturdy PVC plastic closet flange fits flush inside 4 inch schedule 40 DWV pipe, fits flush over 3 inch schedule 40 DWP pipe. Special "knockout" plug allows testing of drainage system without extra plugs or caps for the closet flange. Also prevents debris from entering the line during construction. Made in U.S.A.
