I called and the service was really good: happy to help, straight to the point, understanding... they sent a new machine. The new one has slight differences, so I am guessing it is the newer version of the old one. I like it so far and have not had any issues with since.

On m'a offert de la remplacer par la K-Express. Dès le premier café, j'ai observé la bonne odeur du café dans la maison et le goût vraiment supérieur à mon ancienne cafetière. Merci pour l'excellent service à la clientèle, c'est très apprécié.

The woman was very efficient and took care of the problem by having a new product sent to me. It arrived in a very short period of time. I am very pleased by the service and how efficient it was handled.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit frustrated! The reusable pods I had for my previous Keurig machine (which stopped working 7 months after I bought it) don't fit in my replacement machine. It's even the same model (k express). We've gone back to French press coffee and the Keurig is virtually unused because pods are too expensive to use every day.

I requested a refund but was refused and informed I had to take a third replacement. I do not want a third one because I am not happy with the product.
