Rated 1 out of 5 by from Service at itls worst. Bought it online where it was available. Got a call the day after, letting me know there was none to ship. Did not offer any other option than to wait after Christmas as they might receive a new one…. Not great service, no proactivity. Also ordered a drawer that I asked to cancel, as I was not going to receive the coffee maker. Was shipped anyways and charged to my crédit card. It was then my responsability to either ship it back or make sure I was at home for delivery. Called again the service department, no solution. Asked to speak to someone else and nobody ever called me back. So… bought a Nespresso which I received within 24 hours.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do NOT buy this machine This is the third "replacement" machine they've sent now. Each and every one have done the same thing and short-circuited during the initial setup process. I set up the machine, run the filter through water for the setup process, when I begin the cleansing process the machine struggles to take water from the reservoir, the heater overheats and spews out smoke from all sides of the machine and then it shuts off. It fails to even receive power after this happens due to the heater short circuiting the machine essentially making it a paperweight. Very poor design that is EXTREMELY prone to overheating and leading to total machine failure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had to replace Keurig twice b/c it stopped working So excited when we purchased first Keurig in Dec 2020, unfortunately stopped working 4 months later. Contacted Keurig and they quickly to sent out a replacement. That replacement stopped working in May 2021, contacted Keurig again and they sent out another replacement. Keurig gets used maybe 2-3 times/day so not sure why we are having so many issues. On the positive side, Keurig Customer Service great to deal with and quickly sent out replacements, but I just wish the product quality was better and lasted longer, as I know have 2 Keurig machines that will go to the landfill :(. Fingers crossed we'll be lucky with the 3rd one.

We filled the water reservoir, turned it on, put K-Pod in, and all I got was steam/smoke coming out of the area where the K-Pod rests complimented by the burnt smell of coffee. After that, I tried powering the machine up with no success and attempted with several other outlets. I am led to believe that I was sold a defective product and it appears that there are many who share the same experience. ALL I WANT WAS A CUP OF COFFEE!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from does job fine enough BUT Had a Keurig for about a decade now. Bought new one 3 y ago, bought this side-tank new this month so it fits better in my kitchen. REGRET IT, I rate FAIR overall for what I want it to do, and for the major thing it doesn't. I want re-usuable pods--there is a WHOLE LOT OF TRASH it makes with this Keurig with no re-usuable pods. I bought a single 24$ series 2.0 re-usuable, only available, doesn't fit, AND it is unnecessarily complex to clean, AND expensive! IF general all models fit, you'd sell far more. You'd be considered more ecofriendly. Now I'm stuck with it and I'm not happy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from size buttons light up, don't work It makes great coffee. I can't argue with that. The sizing buttons, however, don't appear to do anything. The coffee maker is 1 month old. I load in my new starbucks pod, select any size, and get about 2 ounces of coffee in my cup. The descale light came on, which is weird, it's a new coffee maker. I ran the descale stuff through it for like an hour last night. When the tank emptied, it worked perfectly. I brewed a hot water cup of 12 ounces, and got exactly 12 ounces into a measuring cup. This morning, I got up and made a cup of coffee, but again. 2 ounces came out. I tried a different pod, and got the same results.

Returned to store and exchanged for new one. Same thing happened. Called customer support and they were of no help. Will return this second machine and buy another brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keurig Machines Not Reliable This is my second Keurig machine,First was a K-Compact . The K-compact was useless after 10 months and the K-Supreme was useless after 7 months . The problem with both machines was the same , couldn't make a full cup of coffee. I select an 8oz cup and get 3oz . I spent a lot of money on Keurig's descaler product and their water filters . The machines were maintained properly to no avail . I miss my Bosch Tassimo at least it lasted 10 years . Still waiting for my replacement under warranty , been 3 weeks without a coffee maker that works . I would be happy if Keurig machines would be reliable for at least a couple years .
