Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!! I purchased 5 brand new appliances after a major home renovation and I have always purchased gas stoves so I assumed this one would be similar to the others I've owned but I was wrong. Out of the 5 burners only one has a simmer feature so if you have to turn down more then one burner for any period of time you will most likely end up burning at least one dish. The "Aqua" clean may as well be called "no" clean because it simply does not work. I had to clean the oven the old fashioned way by scrubbing it with chemicals, something I haven't had to do in a very long time. This oven was a HUGE disappointment for me and I regret buying it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed. Don't waste your money (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Gas range was delivered early September 2021 and within a few days noticed there was an issue with the number pad used to set the time/temperature. Clearly, it was defective upon delivery. Service called and will take at least two months to get the part needed. Now, another issue. The knob that controls the burner doesn't work properly. Won't adjust to Low temp. Gets stuck between high and medium. Another service call scheduled for this week. Not impressed whatsoever with this range. Two issues in less than a month. Would have expected much better from KitchenAid.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks Gas Bought this stove 6 months ago and it leaks gas. Twice in past 6 months the burner was on without a flame, which I thought was unusual, but last night at 3 in the morning I could smell gas and went downstairs to investigate and found my whole downstairs filled with gas. Somehow, I think the flame is going out while on a low setting and then not noticed and gas is flowing. I have had many gas stoves (kitchenaid as well) and have never seen a problem like this. I think this is a design problem. Very dangerous. I will be calling for service and see what if anything can be done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Automatically turns on! We bought this range because it’s a gas stove top, but we’ve noticed that the range turns on with a light tap as you walk by, which creates a gas leak! If the controls were on the top instead of the front side it would be a much safer range. Also the oven will turn on any time you try to clean the surface because the glass touchscreen is so sensitive. Very poor design for such a simple task. self-clean feature also doesn’t really work as it should, you still have to manually scrub.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive Junk purchased Nov./2018, i've had 3 service calls the first month for the oven igniter, now it's not working again, out of warranty, i'll have to repair it on my own dime. IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO BUY KITCHENAID, MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Stove, not cat proof (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am mostly satisfied with the stove. The oven door if sturdy, and the metal on top is super sturdy, however the knobs are plastic and feel a little light and cheap. Also, because the panel is flat on the top of the stove, it was very easy for my cats to operate the buttons. You can hold down the start button for 3 seconds to lock the buttons, but the cats quickly figured out that they could unlock by standing on the start button, and they find the beeping sounds the buttons make very interesting. For now, I have to keep something heavy over the panel, because we had a couple instances when they started the oven in the middle of the night.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will never get a natural gas stove again. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought a new construction townhome, came with natural gas stove. I had never had before. I like a normal electric stove better. Handle on every pot gets so hot, pans leave marks on the grate etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical Gourmet Kitchen Appliance!! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this oven 2 months ago and am over the moon about it. The sleek style with the controls on the front (rather than raised on the back) makes my kitchen look like something out of a magazine! This oven and stove top is easy to use, cooks my food evenly and with the matching hood fan set on auto, you are good to chef! I can't wait to bake bread in this oven and try out the steam bake feature. This appliance makes me feel spoiled every time I use it!!

HI THERE, i like this new gas range, but do have a problem with roasting. I tried a few times with different temperature , but never heard a tone to let me know the preheating is finished. The display only shows the set up temperature not real time.

Asked by: LXX617
Hi There, According to the Use and Care guide of the model, the end of cycle tones can be activated or turned off using the following steps : 1. Press CLOCK/TOOLS until “END TONE” is displayed. 2. The current setting will be displayed. 3. Press the “1” keypad to adjust the setting. 4. Press START or CANCEL UPPER to exit and display the time of day. Preheating - When beginning a Bake, Convect Bake or Convect Roast cycle, the oven will begin preheating after Start is pressed. The oven will take approximately 12 to 15 minutes to reach 350°F (177°C) with all of the oven racks provided with your oven inside the oven cavity. Higher temperatures will take longer to preheat. The preheat cycle rapidly increases the oven temperature. The actual oven temperature will go above your set temperature to offset the heat lost when your oven door is opened to insert food. This ensures that when you place your food in the oven, the oven will begin at the proper temperature. Insert your food when the preheat tone sounds. Do not open the door during preheat before the tone sounds. B)Baking and roasting 1. Press BAKE. 2. Set the desired temperature between 170°F and 500°F (75°C and 260°C) using the number keypads. The default temperature is 350°F (180°C). 3. Press START. 4. To change the temperature, repeat steps 2 and 3. 5. Press CANCEL UPPER when finished. C)To Adjust Oven Temperature: 1. Press CLOCK/TOOLS until “TEMP CALIB” is displayed. 2. On some models, press “1” to adjust the drawer temperature calibration. Press START, wait 10 seconds for the display to change, and then continue with Step 3. OR Press START to adjust the oven temperature calibration. Wait 10 seconds for the display to change, and then continue with Step 3. 3. Press the “3” keypad to increase the temperature in 5°F (3°C) increments, or press the “6” keypad to decrease the temperature in 5°F (3°C) increments. The offset range is from -30°F to +30°F (-18°C to +18°C). 4. Press START or CANCEL UPPER to exit and display the time of day.
