Rated 5 out of 5 by from love five burners and cleaning the oven easy My true convection oven bakes my gluten free cakes and cookies all the way thru. My previous Bosch oven did not do this, I had to keep baking and the edges got hard and dry. Sometimes it just wouldn't cook thru. I just love everything about this range. I know now I have a professional range that does so many things. Proofs for bread to rise great. It just has so many good features. This time I made the best choice. Rated 2 out of 5 by from poorly designed, top and oven cleaning impossible Grates interlock and very heavy and awkward to remove to clean. No drip pans so entire top gets filthy and you cannot use oven cleaner. Simmer on only one burner and still boils instead of simmers. Had to buy aftermarket protector that only marginally helps. Oven cleaning is horrible.. add water to bottom and hope it gets clean but sometimes it takes 3 times and still not clean!!!! Looks nice but not useful for someone who actually cooks. Controls in front and touch screen are in the way when you reach to the back burners. Oven door hung unevenly so had to get service people in the day after it was installed to re hang the door. Stainless steel shows fingerprints. In this day and age you would think Kitchen Aid would make a more user friendly, less high maintenance product. It was way to expensive for what it offers!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from So shiny and sleek! Our new range came about 2 months ago and it is just gorgeous. I love the slide-in for its clean lines and that it's flush up against the backsplash. Fit perfectly into my 30" space between two cabinets. The burner adjustments are so smooth when moving from high to medium to low temperatures, no loss of flame like I was experiencing on my last range. The oven is nice and large and the convection fan is so quiet, an upgrade from my previous oven! I've never had a 5th burner and was worried the spacing would be cramped on a 30" cooktop but there is plenty of room for 5 pans, if needed. We've cooked alot during this pandemic and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I was worried because I never saw this range in person due to the supply chain being so stressed. But, I kept looking around and found this at a local big box store but only saw it online. Sent my husband to grab it! I have been so very happy with my new Kitchenaid range, you won't be disappointed either. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Remodeled kitchen 4 years ago. Bought all KitchenAid appliances. Refrigerator ice maker started leaking just after 1 year. Paid out of pocket to fix, super expensive, shortly after started leaking again. We have no ice maker which is a feature we really wanted. Our stove gets mild to moderate use. It keeps giving an error code of 2FE0 and the oven shuts off. Tried cutting the power from main circuit panel to reset control board, as instructed, it didnt work. From what I read the touch pad or/and control board needs to be replaced. Knobs turn on very easily if leaned or brushed up against. Unfortunately, they have been left on several times leaking gas into out home. We had a Hot Point stove that was probably 20 years old and it worked perfectly. Spent 5k to 6k on KitchenAid appliances dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove. So far no problem with dishwasher or microwave.

This is a great product, the reason for a four star and not a five star is due to, when turning off the oven you can still hear it running (or making noise) as if it was turned on. Purchased the free standing range in April of 2020, was able to finally use it during the colder weather Oct 2020.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful range with enough features This is one beautiful range with 5 burners that is enough to satisfy our home cooking. The oven does a good job in getting a even distribution of heat and allows us to make delicious baked goods during this pandemic. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

HI THERE, i like this new gas range, but do have a problem with roasting. I tried a few times with different temperature , but never heard a tone to let me know the preheating is finished. The display only shows the set up temperature not real time.

    Asked by: LXX617
Hi There, According to the Use and Care guide of the model, the end of cycle tones can be activated or turned off using the following steps : 1. Press CLOCK/TOOLS until “END TONE” is displayed. 2. The current setting will be displayed. 3. Press the “1” keypad to adjust the setting. 4. Press START or CANCEL UPPER to exit and display the time of day. Preheating - When beginning a Bake, Convect Bake or Convect Roast cycle, the oven will begin preheating after Start is pressed. The oven will take approximately 12 to 15 minutes to reach 350°F (177°C) with all of the oven racks provided with your oven inside the oven cavity. Higher temperatures will take longer to preheat. The preheat cycle rapidly increases the oven temperature. The actual oven temperature will go above your set temperature to offset the heat lost when your oven door is opened to insert food. This ensures that when you place your food in the oven, the oven will begin at the proper temperature. Insert your food when the preheat tone sounds. Do not open the door during preheat before the tone sounds. B)Baking and roasting 1. Press BAKE. 2. Set the desired temperature between 170°F and 500°F (75°C and 260°C) using the number keypads. The default temperature is 350°F (180°C). 3. Press START. 4. To change the temperature, repeat steps 2 and 3. 5. Press CANCEL UPPER when finished. C)To Adjust Oven Temperature: 1. Press CLOCK/TOOLS until “TEMP CALIB” is displayed. 2. On some models, press “1” to adjust the drawer temperature calibration. Press START, wait 10 seconds for the display to change, and then continue with Step 3. OR Press START to adjust the oven temperature calibration. Wait 10 seconds for the display to change, and then continue with Step 3. 3. Press the “3” keypad to increase the temperature in 5°F (3°C) increments, or press the “6” keypad to decrease the temperature in 5°F (3°C) increments. The offset range is from -30°F to +30°F (-18°C to +18°C). 4. Press START or CANCEL UPPER to exit and display the time of day.
