Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2nd oven in 6 months malfunctioning (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the 2nd oven in the past 6 months and once again i am experiencing issues. The 1st oven had issues with temperature sensor. After 3 service calls and a new control panel which did not correct the problem, whirlpool replaced the oven. Now i am facing issues with an error code which indicates that the cooling fan speed is too low. Therefore the oven is not working until a service technician comes out. Needless to say myself, and the store where i purchased this appliance are very frustrated. Interested in seeing what they say this time, besides calling the help line and getting nowhere!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Oven for Cleaning (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love the size of the oven, love the fact it has the smaller cooking oven, love the look, however, this new Aqualift is worse than having to clean the oven manually with oven cleaner. We had a gas Kitchen Aid range before, and the cleaning cycle worked amazingly well. Only had to wipe the dust left when done. This new oven does not get any of the stains off at all. I tried 3 times to clean with no success, and I had to almost crawl into the oven and scrup it and even then didn't get it clean. Additionally, be careful when brushing up against the control knobs, as twice while cleaning the cook top the gas came on. It's to bad, as it is a great looking range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had this unit for about a month now. We previously had an electric Kenmore appliance switched to Kitchenaid. We love it, especially since it’s gas. Heats up quickly, easy to clean and very user friendly controls. Although having the gas valves on the front worried us, we’ve found that they aren’t that easy to accidentally turn on for the fear of leaking gas. They lock firmly when off. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to purchase it. Only feature we haven’t used as of yet is the baking drawer which is a bit smaller that I though it would be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new oven (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had this oven for 8 months and I love it. The aqualift is super easy to use and does a great job if you follow the instructions.I love the baking drawer function and the fifth burner really comes in handy. I didn't need a trim kit however the oven fit perfect in my 56year old kitchen with new counters! Some of the reviews that state that it looks old after a few uses, that is just what a range does, you get marks from use. A dab of vinegar on a good microfiber cloth works wonders for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) 1. The baking drawer does not have a tight seal when closing it and often remains slightly ajar. Had service out and was told it may be a fault with the tracking system because it wasn't the first time he'd heard it. Feel there is loss of heat. Should be a tighter seal. Closes like a regular drawer. 2. The top left element has parts that slide off very easily...not sure why it's different than the others. When wiping, it just topples off. 3. Grates are super big and while moving to wipe have already caused scratches. The black coating is already looking worn and grey and I am hardly using the stove as it's so delicate...am continuing to use my basement stove. 4. Used a copper bottom pot that I always used on my previous gas stove and got a large copper burn mark on the stainless. When I called was told it is written in the manual. Would never have guessed. Looks awful. 5. Every time I wipe it...some function button beeps. 6. The individual elements stain very easily and cannot be cleaned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The finish is peeling on the exterior of my range. Without the finish it is just shiny silver metal. My unit is one year old. What a waste of money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems since the start Purchased stove less than 1 yr .. Right from inception stove has not worked properly.. Will not ignite and heating up period can take upwrd of 2 hrs and still not reach temp, will not hold the temp , too many issues to discuss. Have had a tech out here 5 times and even spoke with tech dept from Whirlpool .. stove still not fixed and cook anything .. have always liked the Kitchen Aid product but now have lost all faith

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value/Need change for gas models (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love it.oven preheats quick! Warming/baking drawer option was a perfect choice, have used the griddle option as well. Electronics are easy to use. This is our second gas cooking device, having previously had a large KitchenAid cooktop. We wish the top burner knobs required more effort to turn the gas on. And perhaps an indicator light. Several times we have bumped the knobs and engaged the gas...not lighting the burner...but turning the gas on low. We never had this issue with the previous (more expensive) cooktop. We were disappointed that the knobs turned so easily. We are now cautious. A small issue, but easily resolved in any manufacturing update.
