This versatile induction range provides a Baking Drawer that adds more options to the oven. The separate compartment allows you to bake at a different temperature. This range allows you to achieve flawless cooking results thanks to Even-Heat True Convection. The unique bow-tie design and convection fan ensure the entire oven is heated to, and stays at, the perfect temperature.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems. We have had this range for 3 ½ years in a house that is a second home, so the stove is used 8-10 weeks/year. When the largest burner went out 3 years in, it took me 2 appliance repairmen before one could locate the part that needed replacing. Once he got in to make the repair he discovered another part that had been incorrectly wired at the factory. Now he has to order another part - $500 part - and come back a second time to make the repair. Oh well great, it finally is working. Last night - Thanksgiving Eve - 2 burners blew and the oven has decided it will turn on and off when it likes. So trying to prepare the Thanksgiving meal for our family (all quarantined, btw) today I have 2 medium-sized burners and an oven I have to keep my eye on the temperature so pies & casseroles are properly baked. I have read reviews from people who have had an excellent experience with this range, and quite a few who have had experiences similar to mine. I really like cooking on induction and sadly when I shell out another $3K for another induction range, it will not be a Kitchen Aid. Six months ago when the issue first occurred I called Customer Service. They were able to tell me that my 1 year warranty was up, but not able to provide me with information for a repair person in my area. So very disappointed in my experience with Kitchen Aid. BTW, the display went out on my Kitchen Microwave (we bought an appliance package). Customer Service told me if it had happened in the 1 year warranty period they would have replaced it. Now it is not repairable or replaceable. So disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The induction range top is great I love the induction top on this range. It's everything I wanted it to be. The cooktop heats fast and evenly and since gas is not available in our area induction is a very nice alternative. My problem is with the oven and the looooong preheat times. I have never had an oven that took so long to get to 350-400 degrees. Sometimes I just think about firing up my propane Weber outside instead of waiting. The racks slide in and out very well. The self cleaning of the oven works very well. I was switching all my appliances to kitchenaid (I have the dishwasher with the window) but now I am having second thoughts. I have called Kitchenaid about the missing probe and they were on backorder and that was when I first purchased the range a couple of years ago. I don't think I can recommend this range for its long preheat times or lack of customer service

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST JUNK EVER! Spent a ton to get it and have it installed only to see the horrible reviews AFTER! I really thought I was getting something special. Nope. The oven takes forever to heat and then once it does then the whole kitchen feels it. Not like you feel where it is coming from around a seal but just the complete kitchen gets hot. Here in Texas? This summer will be miserable unless I toss it. And then weird noises I guess are the fan? It is just one thing after another with this junk. Looks beautiful sitting there though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from avoid this stove&kitchenaid We are middle class working family, 4 young children and saved for over a year to purchase this range @$3600, only to have problems right from the get go!! Error msgs, would shut off mid cooking, beeping sounds etc..etc... I called kitchenaid, roughly 6wks ago to have a service call out, per their range error msg. "call for service F2E1" and it's been a nightmare, their local service provider unbelievably rude & unprofessional, to the point of having me in tears, raising his voice&swearing at me are only the tip of the iceberg (kitchenaids response to this was: thats unfortunate however you will need to deal w/this provider) We have missed over 3 days from work&pay, due to continued service call outs, some of which were no shows,(kitchenaid response: that's unfortunate but it's cheaper for us to make parts, so we'll continue to try replacing parts rather than the unit) showing no regard or respect to the burden and cost theses appointments are putting on my family, not to mention its still not fixed and will require atleast 2 more call outs, so basically a weeks wage lost for us! What started out as possiblily a faulty control panel, now has lead to the •worktop area all scratched, •multiple control panels surface damaged, •numerous sharp edges, as the technician is unable to now flush mount (leaving my kids at risk of cutting themselves) •continued error messages regardless of having replaced two control panels, •broken heat protectors to wires, •lost of wage and •countless hours repeating my experience to kitchenaid, all to no avail, hours I should be spending with my kids, not trying to call before I rush out the door to work in the morning, only to be put on hold for 45mins!! then having to call back again in the afternoon before my kids get home from school, it's disheartening and I'm very unhappy kitchenaid customer. This is America! with an American company, not some crooked country trying to pull a fast one on hard working families, but yet why do I feel so cheated and wronged!

We have been waiting for days for the repair people. Baking is uneven and we no longer trust it. We bought all brand new high end kitchen aid appliances when we moved in two years ago and all but the dishwasher have had issues requiring extensive repairs. Do not buy Kitchen Aid!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice range, but heat is leaking heatto the control Overall and so far (after a couple of weeks of use) very satisfied with the range. Very easy to clean despite the recess of the control panel. Though area to improve are: better seal the oven, above 400F, the control panel gets really hot. (at maximum 500F for 30 minutes, it burns). The timer could have a more obvious time-up alarm.
