Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work I bought this product yesterday to strip paint from my bathroom door. I spent ALL DAY applying this product on the door. Applied layer and waited 15 - 20 minutes no result. Did it again and again 10 times. Door had only 2 layers. Used up whole can only for one side of the door. I applied on the wall and metal (oil paint) - same negative result. I used better products before. This one is USELESS.

And I had to do Multiple coats on one drawer to get the paint off. They look beautiful now though. Pretty happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great Bought this to strip a coffee table, with two end tables. Starting working instantly, and removed the finish in 15 minutes. Rest was scrubbed off with number 3 steel wool. Use in a well ventilated area. Would recommend, and use again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult product to use I bought this in store a few weeks ago to use on my steel front door. The door is pretty old and had several layers of paint but we weren’t sure as it was the door that came with our home when we bought it almost 10 years ago. I followed the instructions on the can and the clerk at the store advised me to wear a mask, gloves and googles when applying it. I did this and glad I was. The can says to wait 15 minutes for the stripper to activate. I had to wait anywhere from 30-45 minutes to get any reasonable results. And there is no way to know how many applications it will take or how many layers of paint it will remove. I am currently on day two of applications, some spots are still up to the top coat of paint while other spots are stripped down the metal door and everywhere in between. It is extremely toxic so use a lot of caution when using it. I would not recommend this product nor will I purchase again for any similar projects. It has been a very long process and frustrating process. Hoping the next application tomorrow morning will be the last needed.

can I use this product to remove paint mark from window glass without leaving mark on the glass?

Would this be suitable for removing the paint from my front step? Also, would I pressure wash it off or scrape it off? If P/W, is the residue/water mix harmful to nearby lawn?

Hi, Thank you for your question. Klean-Strip Premium Paint Remover &amp; Stripper can be used to remove latex and oil-based paint from steps. Simply brush the product on in one direction. After 15 minutes, test scrape a small area to see if the paint is ready for removal. Remove loosened paint by gently scraping. Use a clean abrasive pad dipped in After Wash or Odorless Mineral Spirits to loosen the remaining finish and remove any residue. By using this procedure the vendor does not see any instance of harm being caused to your lawn.
