The photos showed an example of trimming the edge of the cabinet to allow installation in a smaller space - great idea. Unfortunately, the hinge of my cabinet door was in that exact area, so I had to return the entire assembly.

I had been searching for a replacement for my trash can that would fit the base that I have had for 28 years and of course never could find it......when I saw this trash can with a replacement at such a great price, I purchased it and am so very happy. It is better than I expected.....now when I pull out the trash can everything looks so nice and neat and easy to use!
