The KNIPEX insulation stripper has a prismatic blade for use on single, multiple and fine-stranded conductors with plastic or rubber insulation maximum 13/64 (5.0 mm) diameter and 7 AWG wire. The knurled screw and lock nut provides an easy adjustment to the required diameter of solid or stranded wire. The multi-component handles provide a comfort grip that is easy on the hands for continued use.
