Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks nice, performs horribly This faucet is the poster child of function following form: it looks gorgeous but sprays water everywhere. The neck is way too long for most sinks, and the end of it is angled outwards so that water splashes right up over the rim. The aerator, with its proprietary “aerator removal tool” (like Kohler is Apple or something) does a terrible job at aligning the water stream, so expect lots of little side streams that shoot out in all kinds of fun places, like your walls and shirt. How this got through QA baffles me. I’ve tried it in two different sinks now, and have cleaned the aerator twice - no dice. It’s not like I have a fluke faucet: the design is just poor. Whoever did the CAD model owes me a drink. Actually three. They owe me at least three drinks. I threw out the packaging long ago, so I probably won’t be able to return this, but honestly the thought of chucking it in the garbage rather than getting my money back is actually kinda comforting and worth it.
