Chip/cracks in our Kohler sink 2211CB undermount sink in biscuit sourced through Wool Plumbing. Is this the exact same?

Underside does not have to be glazed. Is there a replacement warranty on our original purchase? If not, will this model be the exact same in size and appearance? This problem just appeared today and everyone in the house said they didn't drop anything in the basin! --Many thanks and Merry Christmas!

Replacement

I currently have a K-2211-CB (I believe this is correct - it might be G8 as it is difficult to see under the cabinet) which is cracked and needs replacing. Please would you direct me to the correct product with plug assembly and overflow... Ov al in white with internal dimensions of 15"x19". Thank you.

Is this a high-gloss white or a not-so-shiny white? I'm looking for a high-gloss finish.

A tough one: It is shiny and made out of vitreous china with a white glaze, but we do not refer to it as high gloss - a trip to the Home Depot to see some lavs may be helpful.
