Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality, easy to install. So far so good. I ordered online and when it arrived, I was shocked by how big this unit is but once installed it actually looks very good. Installation is simple with an ingenious design that makes it very simple to get a sturdy fit. The finish, feel and function leave you in no doubt that the quality is excellent. The spray head doesn't seem to quite withdraw completely back into the assembly with only the supplied weight on the hose. Not a big issue but by fitting an additional weight, left from the old unit, this point was easily solved. Once in place this faucet looks very stylish, is easy to clean and it totally functional. It is VERY pricey but I had gone through three units in 9 years which had either leaked or seized and I was looking for a high end unit that would last. If this lasts 6 years I'll be ahead on cost. In terms of overall satisfaction, I'm already ahead.

The faucet works like a fine tuned machine unlike the previous faucet. The built-in spray is easily accessible and contracts perfectly each time it is used. I would recommend this model to anyone interested in a statelly and elegant addition to any kitchen.

It's made of heavy cast metal with no cheap plastic parts. The only funky part was figuring out the big black button on the head. I discovered that there's a toggle switch under the rubber cover. By pressing the top, the water becomes a spray and by pressing the bottom, it becomes a stream.

Now that we have the faucet installed, we're happy with the way it looks. We also like that it has a lifetime guarantee. Also, the flow is abundant. The only minor quibble is that the button that allows you to go back and forth to the spray is a little hard to work.

We splurged to buy this faucet for our kitchen in 2011 and are happy with its look and performance. However, last month the handle loosened and eventually fell off, and I couldn't separate the handle from the spline to reattach it. I wrote to Kohler service about the problem, and also added another issue that the plastic pieces (spray head and handle bonnet) had noticeably yellowed relative to the metal body; I stated that for the price I considered this to be a high end product that shouldn't have had either issue (even though wording in the warranty might allow them to contest my claim). The Kohler response was stellar! They let me know right away that they were sorry I had the problem and that all required parts were ordered for me, no questions asked. They acted with pride about this product and made things right - not as common these days as it used to be. My faucet is now as good as new, and Kohler has become my preferred vendor.
