I have this tub faucet in the master bathroom and it was costly to have installed and took two professionals to complete it. I also purchased two faucets for the bathroom sinks first and they were installed by a licensed plumber. The look is beautiful and the faucets are amazing in the brushed bronze. My only issue is that after two days the tub faucet started to leak. I am stressed now as I will have to call a plumber to come back to find out why a brand new faucet is leaking.

Hi Dale, this faucet can be installed in a 10 inch spread. You will need to use a Kohler valve #300 for 1/2 inch, or 301 for 3/4 inch to make this work.

Does this come with the Lavatory Valve and drain Assembly, or is that a separate item?

Thank you for your inquiry. This model #K-T398-4-BN does not come with the valve, so model # K-300-K-NA (1/2" Ceramic valve) or K-301-K-NA (3/4" Ceramic valve) would need to be ordered seperately. That is the only part that is required to be purchased with this trim.

Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. This model number is the trim kit and does not control the amount of water the valve will produce. If you choose the K-300 1/2" valve, the gallons per minute is 15-17. If you choose the K-301 3/4" valve, the gallons per minute is 25-30. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

Which valve must I have to use this Devonshire 8" bath fixture?

K-300-KR-NA 1/2" ceramic high-flow valve with rigid connections. 2.) K-300-K-NA 1/2" ceramic high-flow valve system. 3.) K-301-K-NA 3/4" ceramic high-flow valve system. The 'T' in the model number indicates this is a 'trim kit only'. Devonshire faucet K-394-4-BN is a bathroom sink faucet which includes the valves in the handle assemblies.
