I can not position the brackets to go in to the two holes in the back of the sink. The brackets don't stick out far enough to catch any thing to hold on and seat in there - will not attach, plus they are extremely vulnerable to chipping / breaking under any kind of pressure because they are porcelain. I wonder why this has to be so hard to do. A few tiny things would make it work so much better......... make the brackets stick out a little further.. Maybe change the awkward square brackets to a hook shape... I will probably have to return it. I liked it too. It doesn't meet my expectations for installing it.

My only complaint is the black pipe that covers the plunger. It looks terrible next to the white pvc. Couldn't they have offered it in chrome? But it was reasonably priced & fit the space.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Two small new brackets are not as good as one LONG wall bracket. Shape of back perfectly matched the 20-year old sink I was removing, so I was able to use the old LONG hanger-bracket that's very well attached to the wall. The new hanger brackets are thicker metal, but depend on studs (or blocking) being perfectly located. Very glad I didn't have to open up the wall to re-frame!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible craftmanship The back splash and front of the sink are not parallel. So when mounted, one is level and other is not. The mounting lip on back of sink also is not parallel. So when mounting you pretty much have to cheat it until it looks alright.

I assume so as that is what the directions say. I did not use the sink in this manner as My Hubby had made a cabinet for the another sink that need to be replaced so I bought this sink as it had the closest dimensions for setting it in the hole of the cabinet.
