John-Michael Schneider (Department Supervisor) helped us with the purchase and the Home Depot Installer did a great job in about 20 minutes. It works great so far and love the efficient flushing system. We got $50 off for applying for a Home Depot Credit Card. ( $50 off on $500 spent and $100 off on $1000 spent including installation). We are going to get $75 from the Halton Rebate for installing a new water efficient toilet. With all the great savings we are happy with our purchase so far. Thanks to Home Depot for a great experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great toilet, love the included soft close seat. Great toilet, bought two of the highline elongated Kohler comfort height toilets. It's been six weeks of use and these are well made with zero defects in the construction and a flawless white finish. Home Depot had a new lower price and that made the purchase easy. Replaced a couple of aging dual flush American standards. No comparison between the two. The Kohler flushes much more forcefully and the waste just disappears. The old ones you would cross your fingers and hoped it would go down. The bowl sizing is nice and big to catch drips or bad aim from the guys in the house. Visibly larger area then the old american standards. Definitely recommend.

I had bought 2 of this model last year and another model (from a different company) for our 3rd bathroom since our local Home Depot store only had 2 left. After 1 year, we changed the 3rd toilet to this model. When they say clog proof they mean it. And the flush mechanism is the best on the market. Just press and it flushes. No need to keep your finger on the flush lever to make sure it flushes adequately. Works great either upstairs or downstairs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problems flushing I installed this toilet 1 year ago and am continually having blockage issues. Is this a common issue. I do notice that the formed pipe in the toilet has 2 90deg corners which I could see being a problem and the shape of the bottom of the bowl doesn’t allow a regular plunger to seal very well. Also the 90deg doesn’t allow a snake to move very freely.

We uninstalled it to check if something is causing the clog. It was nothing. We used the snake and it came out from the other end. We installed it back but again same issue. The water doesn't flush properly. Save your money, your energy and get some other toilet. It wasted my whole day today. Also, I did use every other methods like chlorine and other stuff, nothing helped. I end up buying new one. It felt really bad that I spend my money on this junk.

Does the Model 78279-0 (Highline Arc), come with a lid? The Overview description only mentions a "seat", but does not say that a lid is included. Also is a Supply Line included?
