The problem was it was shipped to my house 3 times. The first two times it came in broken. Home Depot was great in trying to get this problem corrected. They kept checking with me to make sure I received it and everything was OK.

The seat I purchased one month ago looks to be the same external quality. But, the strength of the seat is sub-par. The front of the seat will flex if light pressure is applied to the front portion of the seat. Concerned about the seat cracking if someone sits on the front of the seat.

Will the KOHLER Kathryn Toilet Seat fit on the KOHLER K4380 Toilet Bowl?

These are all plastic seats. Is there not a wooden seat to fit the K-4380? Previous answer: Hello, my name is Heather with Kohler Customer Service. K-4701-BN-7 will not fit the K-4380 bowl. A few recommended seats that would fit the 4380 bowl are the K-4733 (Grip-tight Glenbury Q3); K-4636 (Grip-tight Cachet Q3) or K-4652 (Lustra Q2 seat). The Q3 stands for quick-release; quick-attach and quiet-close functions. The Q2 does not have the quiet-close function. For ordering assistance please work with your local Home Depot. Thank you for your inquiry. The K-4701 is 2" including the lid. If you would like to use this with the K-3324-* the bowl height is 16 1/8" and if you would like to use it with the K-3484-* the bowl height is 16 1/2".
