The part in the box is actually Awaken 60 in Shower Hose, seen in this link: http://www.homedepot.com/p/KOHLER-Awaken-60-in-Ribbon-Hose-in-Polished-Chrome-K-45982-CP/204363559 that is $13 cheaper. The label on the box says MasterShower 60 in. K-9514-CP. So clearly, either Kohler is deceiving the customer, or Home Depot is. Don't buy this is you think you are getting what this picture depicts. I am starting another customer support ticket right now (as I re-ordered after finding out this mistake first time, thinking it was just a shipping mix-up. But upon seeing the 2nd box has the same mistake, I re-checked and find both boxes have the same problem.) This is a major deception on HomeDepot and Kohler. Don't get fooled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded our expectations. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far (by far!) the best shower head we ever purchased. We bought quite of few over the years and the whole family agrees this is probably the best. The full setting feels like a nice warm rain over your whole body. The other settings are nice too if you just want a more direct coverage. I have to tell you though Kohler, it's hard to believe is only going through 2.0 gpms.We are on well and septic so water usage has to always be a concern for us. I have to admit though, all three of us like to take long showers and we have not run out of hot water yet. Amazing!

This is not the replacement hose that is pictured or even listed with the model number k-9514-BN. The hose that comes in the box is for another model. It also has two gaskets versus a gasket on one end and a netted washer on the other end. Since my old hose was leaking so much I installed it to see if it would work. It does yet the water flow is not as good as the correct one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Maybe bad luck, but my second hose just broke/ ruptured (each one in < 1 year) This product was installed and pre-selected by our developer. Less than a year into our first use (in which we only really use the handheld to rinse off the walls/ glass), the metal casing links broke and split open- followed by the hose bulging out and ultimately bursting. This is the replacement installed in May 2022- already happening again! This is frustrating, but Kohler has generally been extremely helpful with lifetime warranties and replacements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy to find a high quality shower hose Only time will tell if this shower hose will hold up, but all signs point to yes. My old hose was slightly longer and had a tendency to twist when the water flow was turned off. That stress can't have done the hose much good. This hose hangs without twisting. The weight and fittings are clearly superior to the hoses I've purchased previously and Kohler claims a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. I hope it won't come to that, but I stored the receipt and packaging in my bathroom cabinet in case it becomes necessary.

Is this a universal hose? I am trying to find a replacement hose for my Grohe Relaxa 59&quot; hose.

Home Depot doesn't have the Grohe 59&quot; Relaxa hose in stock and I would like to know if this Kohler hose can be used in lieu of the Grohe 59&quot; Relaxa hose. I am hoping this Kohler hose is a universal hose that is compatible with my Grohe shower head. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks.

Yes I believe so. It comes in various colors. Just ask one of the employees that you would like to see the book that shows all of the various colors. There is at least a half dozen colors.
