Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly, looks great Got off to a rough start with this faucet, the spray misted off all over the place and as the other comments have mentioned it’s not serviceable so you can’t do much to remedy it. Thankfully Kohler has fantastic warranty and a replacement spray head reached us within 3 days and the faucet works perfectly. Good flow and pressure, good control, and otherwise well designed. If you’re looking at this debating if you want to move from a pull-out or fixed faucet, do it, this is the one.

Very nice faucet , I like the magnet instead of horse shoe hook.The spray wasn't working correctly out of box,I made a short video and took some pics. Sent that of to customer service. They were very fast in replying and faster at rectifiying the situation.In the day and age of no customers service kohler I, think went above and beyond. Thank you kohler.

It has a nice, solid feel to it in my opinion. We'll see of course how long before the hard water in our location causes damage and/or leaks. But so far, so good. I like it a lot!

The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that you need to hold on to the handle to engage the spray feature on the faucet. You cannot lock it into place, as the photo implies. Otherwise great faucet, very happy with it thus far. (installed it 4 months ago)

We had less expensive unit before and it worked for awhile and failed. Decided to go with better manufacturer and higher quality. I think this one will last for many years.

Does this faucet need the bottom deck plate to install?

I installed one late last year in my new home and I love it.It is very functional and beautiful too. If I remember correctly it came with a plate for mounting but we installed it without that directly on a granite counter top. This way it creates a clean modern look and you don't have to worry about keeping the plate clean. Highly recommended

If the three holes in your sink are spaced close together, after installing this escutcheon plate, you may not have a place to use the included soap dispenser. What is the spout reach?
