Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had to purchase 3 of this sink before we could... Had to purchase 3 of this sink before we could find one that had less of a bow in it on the front and the back. Each one took 5 days to be delivered. Unable to purchase in the store. The one we kept had less of a bow but still was very difficult to tighten down and unable to bring completely down flush with my new countertop. We were afraid to tighten anymore in fear of cracking the new countertop. Love the shape of this sink, that is why I choose it. Very disappointed to find out that Kohler does not have a sink rack for this model.Would not have chosen this model sink if I had done more research before the hole was cut in my countertop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Quality, Super Appearance I have read the other reviews of this sink, and I think some people who have not given top reviews are the same people who did not install the sink properly. I have read many criticisms of the edges not fitting flush. My opinion is that these are cases where one, or both of the following DID NOT occur. My opinion is that BOTH of these have to happen to facilitate a great installation: 1. Two people are needed for the install. One on top to apply downward pressure, and one below to snug up the clips. 2. The clips are held with long screws and nuts. It is a MUST to have a deep socket to tighten the nuts, so that the clips are ALL tight, and in their correct places. This is 3 across the front, 3 across the back, and 2 on either side (10 total). If you do this, you will have a tight fitting correctly installed sink. Leave a clip or two off, and you are asking for a sloppy fit. If you try to install with only a pair of pliers, or some kind of wrench, you will have trouble getting the nuts tight, and many people have had problems especially with the front middle clip due to space available. The deep socket solves all of the problems. My wife and I love this highly styled quality sink. Most recommended!

The sink clips, which install easily with a nut driver, where able to flatten the bow out with extra clips. Unfortunately there are only a fixed number of clips that come with the sink. Really like the sink, next time I'll order more sink clips before installing. No leaks in three months of use so maybe its not a big deal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2nd sink bought for a kitchen renovation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased overall with quality vs. price. A bit heavier gauge SS than the defective Elkay sink it replaced. This Kohler also is somewhat more stylish. It had great delivery time for an on-line purchase with 'free' shipping. It arrived in 2 days. The only negative is that the curved back on the bowl design leaves a little less space within the bowl. But we have not had any real issue with this. The Elkay Celebrity model purchased earlier from homedepot.com had visible cracks in the front corners at the stamping bends and had to be returned. Unfortunately, these were only noticable after installation. I had purchased the Elkay from home depot.com, also. After some initial resistance, they were very good about immediately crediting me for the defective Elkay sink and setting up the return shipping. Upon receiving the credit to my CC account, I purchased the Kohler on-line which I received in 2 days. Then I performed the removal of the Elkay and installation of the Kohler sink myself. I lost trust in Elkay quality and thus decided to switch to a similar sink from the Kohler brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful sink, but the hold-down clips are flimsy. The seating edge did not fit flat with the countertop, but the plumber's putty seems to have provided a good seal. The hold-down clips are flimsy and there are only 10 of them. The sink that I removed had 14 clips and they were much stronger. Hopefully the clips that were provided are adequate, but I think the design could be better. I also needed an extra long socket to tighten the nuts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I had to order 6 sinks before I finally got one that would set flush with the counter top and one... I had to order 6 sinks before I finally got one that would set flush with the counter top and one also had cracks at the front corner. This is not a Home Depot issue; it's a Kohler quality problem; these sinks are built in Mexico and most have an excessive bow (some greater than 3/16") in one or more sides of the rim which causes a large gap between the sink and counter top. Kohler said they are supposed to have a slight bow but they couldn't provide a spec so little wonder there is an issue. The 6th sink I received was perfect except for one front corner; it took about 20 methodical minutes with a heavy hammer and wood block to correct it but now it fits perfectly against the counter top. These are not cheap sinks and should not require repair work prior to installation!! Thanks to all the employees at the Home Depot though . . . they were great to work with through it all!!! My advice is to avoid this sink unless you are very handy and love the sink enough to make it worth your extra effort.

Does this sink come with the drain?

Saw a similar sink in the store all the descriptions fit but it included the drain so not sure if this is the same one.

No drain is included. It is a 3 5/8" standard size and can be purchased either from Kohler or any big box retailer.

This product is made in Mexico and although the overall appearance is excellent, the rim is usually not flat and must be pulled down very hard with additional clamps. This is OK for granite but not for laminate and solid surface since tightening down the sink will warp these 2 materials.
