[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am slowly replacing older components in my house to make life a little more comfortable. I got tired of the cheap plastic faucet we had in the kitchen and like the looks of this unit. The installation was amazingly simple, just choose base plate or no baseplate, stack the washers as shown in the diagram and screw on the mounting nut. I love the mounting nut, no more using the old style faucet wrench you spin it up by hand and tighten the locking screws. The water hookups were straight forward and went quickly. The faucet works well and the pull down sprayer has a good amount of reach. Now if the rest of my kitchen looked as good as the faucet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here is my review for Kohler Sundae Single-Handle Pull Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Vibrant Stainless. First things first, this is a very tall faucet. We have a triple prep sink so it was perfect. Everything you need is in the box. The instructions are simple; text with pictures. A word of warning! Make sure you check the hose lengths that are included! My supply valves are NOT centered under the sink, so the cold supply hose was 1 inch too short! The fix was simple, I ran down to Home Depot and grabbed a 12" faucet connection hose. Installation was easy and only hand tools are needed. The faucet can be fitted to a single or triple sink hole configuration. The entire job took 45 to 60 minutes. The hardest part was tightening up the soap dispenser gland nut. An extra hand would have been helpful. As far as operation, both the mix valve and the swivel head are butter smooth. The sprayer is not the usual cone shape, instead it is a fan pattern. I was a little leery about it, but after I and the lovely wife used it we realized it acts like a water broom. We both really like it now. The regular stream was a little "weaker" than the sprayer and it did spit from the sides a bit, but I believe that is because of the water saver that is built into all faucets now. The sprayer can be pulled out to reach any corner of our sink and be rotated a full 360°. I have only one negative comment, and that might be a deal breaker for some. You can't just pull the trigger and the sprayer stays on. You have to hold the trigger while using the sprayer. The other observation I made was that the sprayer is curved, it was a little awkward to hold at first. On the plus side, the integrated magnet at the top of the nozzle does a great job of holding the sprayer in place. The sprayer hose is weighted to help pull it back into the faucet. Temp mixing is very good, and the mix valve shuts off cleanly. The soap dispenser can be filled too quickly and will burp out soap. It does dispense out a generous 1/2 teaspoon of liquid soap with each pump. Kohler offers a lifetime warranty and has a help number available. I am confident that you will be very happy with this Kohler Sundae line, single-handle pull down faucet! Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

The fit and finish are world class. My wife loves the precision feel of the handle. The beautiful finish is eye catching and easy to keep clean. The unique wide spray pattern for the pull down sprayer works well. The supply hoses were a few inches too short and I had to purchase extension hoses. The installation was very easy, requiring very few tools. Overall I highly recommend Kohler for plumbing fixtures.

The single-handle pull down sprayer is very easy to use. Operates flawlessly. The vibrant stainless finish is an exact match to my other appliances and cabinet knobs. Although I did not use the soap dispenser right now, I do plan to install it at some point in the near future. Definitely recommend this to all DIYers and professionals!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Design, High Quality, and Easy to Install [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kohler faucet with matching soap dispenser is a great set for the kitchen or laundry room. The brushed stainless finish was very nice and matched our stainless sink very well (see picture). The sprayer was easy to use, with a large button on the back side of the spray head (see picture). The spray hose was a good length, easy to reach all corners of the sink. The spray head nozzles were in a useful pattern and easy to clean (see picture). The side-mounted faucet handle moved smoothly. Kohler included very good step-by-step directions with pictorials explaining both the tools needed and the placement of the parts. A first-time user would have no problem putting this faucet in place. The connectors and hoses were good quality, as you would expect from Kohler. I highly recommend this faucet and soap dispenser combination because it is high quality and it will give years of trouble-free use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plugs up Faucet has very slow flow. Witch gets worse as time goes on. Rubber inside the hose deteriorates and plugs the head cleanned three times withing 2 months. Purchase another same thing withing 3 months. Terrible product will definitely NOT RECOMEND

Can you fill the soap dispenser from the top, or do you have to unscrew the bottle from the top?

How can I remove aerator for this model? would you let me know tool number and where can I buy it?
