Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would have been a nice addition if every base I received had to be sent back. It was very nice looking in the pictures and would have been very nice in my bathroom remodel however the first base was warped and water would not have flowed toward the drain. Kohler customer service was great in sending a new one right away however upon opening the box 2 corners were severely damaged and could not be used. This has made major construction delays.

This product is cheaply made.I regret buying it.I have it installed but I havent used it yet. .

However, I do have one suggestion: you have a wonderful non-slip floor of the shower base, but it would have saved some bruises if the seat had the same finish. Need I say more?
