Rated 3 out of 5 by from There are easier toilets to install I bought this a week ago after reading mostly good reviews. The toilet is fine once it's installed. The first problem was we ordered it online, and although you're told it will be delivered to the nearest dry location the 120-pound toilet was left on the walkway in the rain. The other problem is that Kohler didn't supply proper bolts to attach the thing to the base. As well, the bowl was filthy for some reason. When you buy a new fixture you expect it to be gleaming new. It took about 2.5 hours to install because of the parts issue. Not impressed.

The flush is excellent with an eco friendly amount of water. Much better than the dual flush toilets we have used. This toilet is good value for the money.

Is this toilet lined and/or insulated? If not, have you experienced complaints about (or are there problems with) condensation?
