The front sliding door is for self-service while the rear door allows staff to load the warmer quickly. Includes a water pan to add humidity and prevent the food from drying out. Thermostatic temperature control ensures consistent temperature at all times, and an independent light switch allows you to control the lights separately from the temperature.
