When our plumber was installing it, we discovered the drain cup was too deep & the connection to the pipe from the wall would have resulted in water draining from the sink 'up hill'. Not possible, so he had to install another drain cup.

We needed a new sink for the office kitchen and after reading several reviews about Kraus sinks being damaged or poor quality I still decided to order as the majority of the reviews were great. I couldn't agree more, the sink is a heavy gauge stainless steel well made and has a flawless finish.

Only downside is that the sink shows water marks that aren’t easily wiped away on the inner surface. So far, no issues of marks or scratches on the brushed apron front surface.

All pictures show undermount, can it be mounted top/flush to top of countertop?

From all the photos of the 33 inch sink I see, the sink is completely enclosed all 4 sides. Can the sink have a 2 inch over hang? My island is 26" deep and I do not ant the faucet to close to the edge.

Does this sink fit in a standard 30" sink cabinet?

We're planning on installing this in our existing laundry room cabinets and want to see if I need to make any modifications to the cabinet or if this sink will even fit in the standard 30" W x 24" D cabinet.

Thank you for your question. If you are using a 30-inch sink cabinet, the interior dimensions will be less than the overall size; usually it can be 1-3 inches less. The KHF 200-30 will need to be installed in a base cabinet that features an interior dimension of at least 31 to 32 inches from left to right.

Would this sink fit an Ikea undermiunt cabinet that is 36 inches wide?

Hi Cherry, Thanks for your inquiry. Our KHF200-36 measures approximately 36" from left to right - so the internal cabinet space should be large enough to accommodate a sink this size. We recommend asking IKEA if there is at least 36" of space INSIDE the cabinet (not external)

Will this fit in a 30” cabinet in an under mount application.?

Hi Debbie, That is a great question and I can answer that for you! This model sink KHF200-30 is a traditional farmhouse sink and you install the sink into the cabinet and not the counter, most customer modify the cabinet for this reason and you can install the sink into a 30" cabinet at that point, however if you wish to not modify the cabinet we would recommend a 33".
