I've loved all of my other Kraus products and have always found them to be of great quality. The pumping mechanism stopped working and when we opened it up to refill the soap the inside threading was broken and wouldn't go back together. I wish they had more than an 1-year warranty on this product.

To start - the packaging was done so well, it was like getting a piece of art. The installation was the easiest I've ever done, and I am not a plumber. The style really is like an art work. Everything works so smoothly from the water control handle, to the sprayer, to the flex line, and the magnetic catch for the faucet itself. My husband and I are both totally amazed and pleased. We will definitely be purchasing more Kraus products in the future. Top quality at very reasonable prices.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from looks great, clogged in a year and a half I liked the way it looks, worked well for a year and a half. It is now clogged from liquid hand soap. I tried to soak it and clear it, but it doesn't fully disassemble. It has a one yer warranty, bummer. So, I ordered another of the same. Hopefully, it will remain clear. I will flush it with hot water twice a year I guess to prolong it's life.

We purchased the matte black soap dispenser to go with it and after one year of use the paint has started peeling off the top of the dispenser. Very disappointing.

In July, just 4 months later the plastic soap dispenser bottle broke off and spilled soap all over our sinkarator disposal electrical box that now needs to be replaced. Poor quality all the way around.

how thick is the neck?

Need to know how thick the neck screw area is since our countertop is about 1.5" to 1.75" thick. The first product we ordered from Vigo didn't fit properly.
