    Overview

    Model # 2PC122 Store SKU # 1000151864

A hardy and colourful attractive shrub with very fragrant pinkish white flowers in spring. The rich purple-red leaves remain all season. Blackish-purple fruit in summer attract birds to your garden. Excellent for contrasts in a small landscape. Most effective uses include hedging, mass plantings where grouped plants have a very impactful eye catching appeal. Purpleleaf Sandcherry are easily pruned after flowering. It is good every two years to prune out old wood, especially in the centre of the plant to produce more new growth, give you more flowers, and create good air flow throughout the plant.
