Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product so much better than other spray foams. Nice and dense. I did not find it as sticky as other products. Dries white, instead of yellow like other foams. One can goes a long way. Used it to seal cracks around doors and also to seal up an exhaust vent that was no longer used in our home leading to the home exterior.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent foam! Better than other "great" stuff! This is an excellent product, works well and has closed cell properties. I just wish that it would come with two poly tubes for dispensing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing the Straw Order online, picked-up in store, they forgot to include the straw, so the product is useless to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing results! As advertised: reliable, sticky, volume expands filling every nook and cranny. Extra white in color. Turns yellow if under direct sunlight (not a problem for me).

Can this be used for floatation in the bottom of a boat and will it absorb and retain water?

    Asked by: MJPR
Thank you for the question. The LePage Tite Foam is water resistant but not waterproof. We would not recommend using it for flotation purposes in a boat. That is not to say you could not try to make a small repair situation but certainly not for complete flotation purposes.

Wanting to use this product to insulate the gaps around my (trailer) windows. I have 16 windows total and I'm wondering how many cans will be required to do the perimeter of each (roughly 2'x4' each; some smaller, some bigger). Thanks!

    Asked by: Mel_L
Thank you for the question. The LePage Tite Foam Insulating Foam has a calculated yield based on a 9.5 mm (3/8”) extruded bead size of approximately 41.1 m (134 ft.) of foam. The Yield is based on theoretical calculations, for comparison purposes only, and will vary depending on ambient conditions and application. Keeping in mind that you do not need to fill the cavity around each window should not need more that two cans. Remember this Foam expands after installation and during cure.

Why it can’t be used for windows installation?

    Asked by: Olik
Thank you for your question. The LePage Gaps & Cracks you are referring to can be used in window installations. It is possible you may have this confused with LePage Tite Foam BIG GAPS which would not be recommended for use around installed windows and doors due to its expansion. If you need assistance please call our Technical Help Line at 1-800624-7767 so we can help.

does this foam need to be exposed to air to cure or is it a thermal reaction that cures it like other polyurethane foams? i need to fill a large gap (1"x1'x6'). so most of it wont be exposed to air

    Asked by: jfvern
Thank you for the question. The LePage Tite Foam is a single component polyurethane aerosol foam product that cures by reaction with air and moisture when dispensed. It is possible to fill a large gap but only if the area were completely exposed during the application. The application must be done in a layered form allowing each layer to set before applying the next layer. Patience is required in this situation. However, if the area is not completely exposed, then attempting to fill what would be a blind cavity or cavity areas too deep does not work with these types of foams and the end results may be hollow spots that did not cure properly.

can this be painted? or can I apply spackle to it and sand and paint?

    Asked by: Deedee
No. I recommend to do "Sand and Paint" the window "First." Then "Apply" the foam around the outside of the frame. Then "Apply" each of the "Frames "Squarely" around the window. "ATTENTION:" Make sure that each of the "Frames" are "Centred And Square" around the window.
