The Decora Smart WiFi 2nd Gen products include a more streamlinedsetup/enrollment process and provide a framework for additional capabilities, enhancements, and integrations. The updated solution works seamlessly alongside all existing Decora Smart WiFi products via the My Leviton app to provide wireless lighting control for the whole home and over time, all Decora Smart WiFi products will transition to this new platform.

These can’t stay configured for more than a week and have difficulty connecting to a router 10 feet away. Not a single dimmer of the four I recently purchased work properly. I have at least 20 other non-Leviton switches and dimmers that work flawlessly. Avoid this product. I would rate it no stars if I could.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable or unusable I bought this because it was less expensive than the Lutron Caseta line. What a mistake. Worked for a few months then it wouldn’t work with HomeKit. Shows as connected but it ain’t. Spend a few more dollars and get the Lutron brand.

It's great having this to control a light when you're lying down and too lazy to get up but where it really shines is using it with other smart devices and setting "scenes" in a room with google or apple where with the touch of a button where multiple devices can go on and off.

Either they fail to reconnect to the router after a power outage, or sometimes they just completely stop working, requiring disconnecting and reconnecting the breaker. Way too much hassle, and a reminder that for light switches, the reliability really needs to be 99.999%. Stay away!
