Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad cooktop I bought it last November 2020. Every burner I am using it it get stain(white film) So I use cooktop cleaner (Cerama Bryte ) recommended by the same person who sold the range for me and I used warm water and dish soap with paper towel it still same issue even the white ring peels. So I called Homedepot and LG customer service but non of them solve the Issue even though I have 5-year warranty and the LG customer service said the are going to charge me if he send the technician is gonna charge me. So it is last LG product I will buy even I will say to you and everybody I know ... NO MORE LG

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over complicated and obnoxious Just moved into a house with this stove. It’s the worst. I’m making a turkey and it’s taking sooo long and convection turns your temp below what you set it for. When I baste it the oven beeps at me like yes you stupid piece of metal I know the door is open, I’m basting a turkey!! And when I pull the rack out to reach the turkey it scratched the whole side of the oven inside!! Stove top is a joke there are so many settings and I just wanna know what’s low and what’s high. Flat stove top works poorly as well. Buy a gas stove and save yourself some major headaches!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek design We just got our new range and it looks amazing. I am having a hard time locating the air fry tray (which is purchased separately). I wish LG just included it because that is a feature I am really excited to try out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Troubles This oven has been nothing but trouble since I got it. The first one had to be replaced as it was damaged in shipping, and then this replacement doesn’t seem to work well at all. If the temperature drops and it has to come back up to temperature, it burns the top of whatever is in the oven. The lights are always on saying the burner is on and hot. The fan doesn’t seem to work in the back to turn it on. It’s just not great and I’ve had nothing but trouble from the place I bought it from in regards to a replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy. Element died 13months after purchase The Stove was working well and looks good. Has good features. But the large element died 13 months after purchasing, so it isn't covered under warranty. Stove wasn't abused, still looks like new. Poor Quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG stove Air Fry and Convection don’t work. I bought this stove May 2021. Only used the bake option. Till this last weekend. Thought I would try the air fry. I bought the air fry tray. Did not cook the food properly at all. Had to leave it in way longer than if I had just used bake. Something that would normally take about 25 mins to bake took an hour on air fry and still not crispy or cooked properly. I think it’s the fan not circulating enough. I contacted LG and they say well that’s how it works. Very disappointed. Would not recommend LG. My previous stove was an LG without the air fry but had convection. I used the convection and you could hear the fan when oven open. Circulating. This one does not do that. Don’t waste your money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad stove I bought this stove a month ago and after a few days of using it, white spots began to appear. I saw previous comments about this issue, but I have used LG before and had no problem with it. Once I saw the marks, they told me to buy this cleaner product. I tried using it multiple times but there was no improvements. I called customer service hoping they would fix this issue. Despite having warranty, they stated that it will not be covered, and I would have to pay a couple hundred for a technician to come. They were not helpful at all. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wifi? I wanted a range with wifi as we often have power outages and I naturally thought a wifi enabled stove would automatically reset the clock when the power was restored. Not so with this range. All wifi does is to send notifications such as when the oven reaches temperature or a burner is on. Handy features, but really? Not even the ability to reset the clock from the app! It needs to be reset from the control panel. This is absurd! Also, while sitting at the kitchen island, it appears as though there is a piece missing beneath the control panel as shown in the picture. This is unnoticeable while standing, but I’ve had a number of people point it out while sitting at my island. Did you forget to finish it LG?

The cooktop surface type for this stove is listed as "radiant". Other LG electric ranges has a cooktop surface type listed as "smooth top" e.g. LSE4611ST What is the difference between a "radiant" and "smooth type" cooktop surface type?

Asked by: Alan
No difference. Smooth as opposed to an electric coil burner type, or even gas which has raised burners. Radiant just means the heat source is below the glass surface.

A number of reviewers reported that the glass stovetop developed a "grayish white stain" where the heating element is located. See "MminNC" and "unhappy" from 2 months ago. What could have caused this? Concerned.

Asked by: Alan
With proper useage, cleaning and maintenance this should not be occurring. Cleaning instructions can be found in the manual beginning on page 40: https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/product/lg-LREL6325F Use ceramic cooktop cleaner on the glass cooktop. Other creams may not be as effective or may scratch, damage or stain the cooktop surface. To maintain and protect the surface of the glass cooktop, follow these steps: 1 Before using the cooktop for the first time, clean it with a ceramic cooktop cleaner. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier. 2 Use ceramic cooktop cleaner daily to help keep the cooktop looking new. 3 Shake the cleaning cream well. Apply a few drops of cleaner directly to the cooktop. 4 Use a paper towel to clean the entire cooktop surface. 5 Rinse with clean water and use a dry cloth or paper towel to remove all cleaning residue.

Is this model have a Sabbath Mode

Asked by: Sheryl

How wide is the interior of the oven, wall to wall, where the racks would slide in?

Asked by: Banditman

A number of reviewers reported that the glass stovetop developed a "grayish white stain" where the heating element is located. See "MminNC" and "unhappy" from 2 months ago. What could have caused this and how do you prevent it? Is this a design defect?
