Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice product - terrible colour/plank patterns. Not like the sample. So glad we bought a full box to lay out before purchasing and installing. There are 7 planks per box - 3 of of one pattern in almost a pinkish wood, 2 in a way darker colour with obvious knot marking that stand out, and 2 different normal looking planks. The mix is terrible and not indicative of the sample in the store. Make sure you like it and see all the planks before you install. Product itself is nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality flooring Good quality, seems to be pretty durable (time will tell). Easy to install yourself with basic tools. Couple minor issues; colour appears more “reddish” (fresh oak) than online, so be prepared if that’s not what you’re looking for. Also only 4-5 different pattern designs so the planks can get a little repetitive if you don’t arrange them properly when installed. Overall would buy again for other rooms.

You always wonder when reading some reviews at times but happy to say this was one of the best floors I've worked with so far. Nothing was damaged, it snapped together nicely and tight with just using a 3/4 plywood block and rubber mallet. Snapped nicely with a utility knife and sharp blade. Would totally recommend this floor, looks great and good quality product to work with on an older home.

Bien fermer les planche avec un marteau. Recyclable et aussi bonne insonorisation pour mon condo. Mon voisin du dessous jouait du piano, et c'est chose du passé, j'ai aussi sceller les bords de mur avec du silicone pour le son.

Our contractor who installed it for for us said the installation was more like hardwood - so more challenging than regular click in place vinyl - but so worth it! I like the practicality of it - easy to keep clean.

What is the recommended way to protect floor from the wheels of a gaming chair? A solid plastic mat designed to protect? Area rug?

Depends on whether you want to see the flooring (plastic mat) or add another design element with an area rug. With the plastic mat it is easier to move your chair around. Mostly your preference.

Would you recommend this product be installed in a 3-season cottage that will be unheated during the winter month? Also can the sun damage/change the flooring

Yes I would. I have it in my home year round and it’s perfect. I have a dog and move furniture around periodically and no scratches. Very waterproof as well. Doesn’t look like vinyl either. Very natural looking.

Can this flooring go directly on to a painted basement concrete floor?

Hi, Does the flooring need to be acclimated to the area before install? or can if be installed immediately after delivery?

Thanks for your question. If you're installing residentially, the product does not have to be acclimated as long as it's taken directly from the store and put into your home (and not subjected to any extreme temperature swings, i.e. left in a garage, etc.) If the install is commercial, you'll need to acclimate for a minimum of 48 hours.
