It turned out beautifully with our space. We have grey furniture on it in one area and brown I’m another and the colours pick up the different shades in the floor. It looks great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thunder wood 8.7 x 47.6 I bought 700 square feet of this product and had it installed for 1.60 a square foot my flooring guy said that this product is the best he has seen and is more difficult to install properly but once it is the flooring looks stunning the flooring has a flat finish wonderful in a sunny area also the flooring has a textured wood grain finish that makes the floor non slip even when you step out of the shower I am as pleased with the product today as the day it was laid would I recommend this product definitely without hesitation

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Colour & Flooring We LOVE this floor! Although we purchased it for an entire basement renovation, I'd consider putting this vinyl flooring upstairs as well. The colour (Thunder Wood) is stunning & rich-looking, and we really like that it has a textured surface so no one slips or slides when walking. The colour will eliminate any mishaps that could happen to it, but I think it is going to be very durable for us with two dogs and lots of kids.

Never did flooring before. It was great and looks good. Now I just need to find transition strips that match. I recommend this and will be doing other floors in the future.

would you install the flooring under the toilet ?

Thanks for your question. You can install either under the toilet or around the base. If you pull the toilet up, leave about 1/2" expansion space around the flange and anything coming from the subfloor. Also don't bolt the toilet directly through the planks. I am hoping to put this flooring on my lower level of my house. I was wondering if this flooring is good for going on the stairs? Is there some sort of trim I can purchase?

Hi, I put it on my stairs and landing and found the product to be very high quality and it standing up very well. I used Stair nosing and Shimmed it with 1/8" material. You will have to shim the trim you decide to use accordingly. I used the stair nose to hold the front of the flooring down and used another piece of flooring vertically on the back of the stair to hold the back of the flooring on the step.

How much flex can this withstand before joints break?

Laid it on concrete, 1953 house, places that were not flat were levelled with concrete leveller.  When fitting two pieces together and testing it let go at about 15 degrees.  We have one area over an old drain that was not perfectly level, the floor has slight bounce but a year later no issues. And no separation anywhere.

What did you use for transition moldings from existing floors. I don't see any matching T etc.

Thanks for your question. Coordinating transitions are not widely available in the Canadian markets. Since we (Halstead) do not manufacture these, I would recommend checking with your local store to see if Home Depot has made these transitions available or if you can order them.
