Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install once you get the knack We love the product and the look we achieved in two bedrooms. The product is easy to install, although the first few long joints were not to my satisfaction (very small gaps ~1/32 inch). These gaps could not be eliminated by hammering the tiles together (with a wooden block) but through trial and error I discovered these gaps can be eliminated by pressing very firmly when first inserting the next tile (at an angle) while lowering the tile to the floor. Once I discovered that trick, the installation was simple and easy. The resulting floor looks spectacular. We are very pleased with the result.

Used it to cover some old hard wood in the kitchen and loved it cause it saved me doing a tear out as I just layer it right over it. Lot of people complaining about a funky smell but that's just the manufacturing smell from any vinyl floor. It goes away so don't let that deter you from this great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall happy. Overall flooring has been great. A bit fussy to install as the tongue and groove is good for one install attempt. If you have to readjust the edge is toast and you need a new piece. As well there were several pieces that left a miniscule gap between boards as according to the install dircetions you out 2 of the thinner boards for 1 wider. In 2 occasions there is a small gap from one board but not the other. Despiste the above I am happy with my choice and would buy again. Feels great underfoot. Note the flooring has been installed fir approx 1 month at time of this review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Bought this flooring for my condo to replace the cheap ugly orange stuff that was in it. I have to say, what a difference! I can't believe the change. Very easy to install although they are a bit off on the "score and snap" method. You have to score 3-4 times on each side then you can snap. The second day, I used a jigsaw for cuts. Way faster. I just purchased more in a different color for the bedrooms. Totally impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the real look I bought this to replace the old floor in my RV and it turned out spectacular. A lot of work in my small space but worth the time it took. It was very easy going left to right for install but as We got to the right side where you can’t get a hammer and block on it I had to do my best the glue down the right side so it stayed permanent.We still travel in it and where worried about shifting and lifting with the road bums. Haven’t travelled yet so fingers crossed. Beautiful product though

If installing the vinyl planks in the bathroom is it ok to put it under the toilet. Or should the toilet be installed first and the planks cut to fit?

Thanks for your question. You can install the planks either way. If you remove the toilet, make sure you leave plenty of expansion space for the planks and don't screw anything through them. You can use a 100% silicone to fill the expansion space.

I have an upright piano, that weighs close to 600 lbs. Is it ok to put the piano on top of this type of flooring?

We currently have both an upright and a concert grand piano (which has a rug under it) on top of this product and we haven't seen any issues yet! We haven't moved either piano since we moved in though. This product is very strong and resilient. If you put carpet remnants under the wheels and any other load points that will definitely give more piece of mind.

In the specs it says there are 9 planks per case but there are 3 plank sizes and it doesn't say how many of each size comes in the case. You should supply that information in the ad page. I'm guessing that it's 3 of each plank size? Is that correct?
