This set was a breeze to put together - just took a few hours after work over the course of 2 nights. The company does a fantastic job labeling every nut/bolt/washer clearly which coincides with the step-by-step directions. I was a bit nervous about not having it cemented into the ground (just habit I guess)... I called Customer Service and the two gals I spoke with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Due to the construction/layout of the set cement is not necessary - there is no "hopping" while swing, etc. The set has everything a child needs! I will be sure to purchase from this company again! Thanks so much!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, well made, excellent playset! We LOVE this playset! Got it as a group gift for all our kids for Christmas, with their grandparents pitching in too. We considered many of the wood playsets but were concerned about quality and maintenance, as well as their restrictions with our oldest being 11 and tall for her age; none but this one have really good reviews, and once we saw that this had the primary things we were looking for - swings and monkey bars - we decided to go for it. Large gauge steel poles, 1000 pound limit, even our 11yo can swing on it, all of the kids can play on it at once and there's something for everyone. We are very pleased with this purchase! My husband and one other man put it together in 3.5 hours.

I’m almost 40 years old and still love doing the monkey bars and trapeze like when I was a kid. We have various age ranges for our children-from 2-20. They can all use it, it’s super versatile. Our two year old is a climber-she tries to do the monkey bars with our help and then slides. My 4 year old has Down syndrome and is all about the swings. Our 10 year old LOVES the monkey bars/slide and swings. The 20 year old son just comes and shows offf with the monkey bars. If you can’t tell we are fans of the monkey bars!!! Lol! It fits great in our backyard. Our children’s friends enjoy coming over to play too. We are a homeschooling family and this is a PERFECT addition for our “recess.” Love it!

Last weekend a powerful thunderstorm went through the area and lost a few trees in our yard, one of them landing directly on the set. Thanks to the durability of the product and its solid construction I am happy to say that the set is intact with nothing more than minor cosmetic scratches. Thank you for making such a solid product. Money well spent!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great swingset and wonderful customer service [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this swingset this spring for our two boys (then ages 5 and 1.5) because we knew that they wouldn't outgrow it anytime soon. They have loved it. It's very sturdy. My oldest loves the trapeze and the youngest loves his swing and is starting to climb up to the slide solo. We live in Tallahassee, FL, and were just hit by Hurricane Hermine. A number of large limbs fell on the swingset and the only damage was the slide. Not even a scratch on the metal. I contacted Lifetime for the price of a replacement slide and they are sending us one at no cost. We are so appreciative. Our little guys will be so happy. Thanks, Lifetime, for your customer service in our not-so-great circumstances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to assemble - very sturdy Assembly was easy. All parts and assembly holes lined up. I completed it by myself in around 3 hours. Instructions were easy to understand. This playset is sturdy, the swings and chains are heavy duty, and the powder-coating is very nice. My child has used it for a couple of weeks and I think we all ready got our money's worth. I bought this instead of one of those wooden playsets based on the reviews mentioning assembly difficulties, required maintenance, and durability. Note: I added the optional child swing you see in the picture.

We didn't have any issues putting it together - in the dark on Christmas Eve. I love the earth tone colors and low maintenance this set offers. The swings have a nice cover over the chains that is nice for little hands. It is tall enough I can even use the swings and monkey bars without my feet touching (I'm 5' 6"). I had the set delivered and it was crated very well. I'm happy we chose this set over a wooden one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hardware issue: they got the memo(?) We just got this swing set, so this is a new purchase/set up review. It certainly appears to be made well. Took me less than 4 hours to assemble doing the whole job solo. Instructions were good. I was prepared to deal with junk bolts and hardware, but was pleasantly surprised. The manufacturer must have addressed this issue, I didn't have a bit of trouble with anything during assembly. If pressed to make a negative comment, I might say the swings seem to be close together (swing attachments are 11" apart). No other review has mentioned this, so it may not be a problem. They just look close enough the kids might bump each other. This topic should be under an "extended use" review anyway, which I'll try to update later. Haven't had the grand kids on it yet...

We have had this swings for a few yrs. now. But I also bought one for my granddaughters house 3 1/2 yrs ago. Neither one has started rusting. We live is Washington State, lots of rain. Lifetime products are very good. We have purchased lots of Lifetime products. They stand behind their products. What I like about this swing set is that I can get on it and it is very sturdy. Plus, with the slide on it, it does not feel like you are going to flip over or rock it. We also bought the ground anchors.

What type of truck is used to deliver this? Will I be able to contact the shipping company?

An 18wheeler can not fit in our neighborhood and would get stuck if it tried. (Windy dirt road) A box truck like a standard delivery truck would fit. I would want to sort that out ahead of time.

Did not have a single issue with the hardware and everything fit perfectly. I did need to drill holes for the slide but was very easy to do.
