Will this work for a door that has an uneven gap at the bottom (to clear an uneven floor)

It is a solid piece of aluminum but with screws that allow an adjustment of height, so if the uneveness is a straight line then, yes, I think this will work by using different heights of adjustment. Not sure how much adjustment can be obtained - maybe it says that in the package.

What is the minimum and maximum height (fully expanded) for this under door threshold? Specifically, the middle part which sits directly under the door.

Dear Home Depot Canada customer, This threshold adjusts from 7/8" to 1-5/16". It is for sealing gaps from 3/4" to 1-1/8".
