Rated 4 out of 5 by from NO ISSUES IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING I wouldn't give too much credo to other reviews about sticker placement on good side. In addition to being a pro handyman and doing many weather seals throughout my second career, my set ( all 3 pieces ) have the sticker on the back/underside. Thought it was an odd complaint until I looked at one of the reviewer's photos. You can clearly see the sticker being removed from the grooved side which is obviously supposed to be against the jamb and unexposed. I put my seals on the perimeter of the door and they keep the drafts out perfectly. So just how did these other people install this seal backward anyways ?? I question some of these negative reviews but I do agree the pvc piece you fasten to the jamb with screws or nails be a bit more rigid so there is no bowing between the fasteners. Easily resolved with additional fasteners or some sort of all weather silicone behind the weather strip

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Installation was no problem. As a mom, I just installed this with my sons help, it worked great. We had no problems, you just have to take your time measuring and cutting to get a great fit. We tacked it up with nails without a problem. Then finished it off with a little dap to seal the seams. The garage doors opens and closes perfectly with a great seal. We'll see how it holds up this Southern Ontario winter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 9ft Vinyl Garage Door Seals Terrible product I do hope after 3 weeks I can get my money back as the strips warp in under 20 C weather was fastened using nails. Way thiner than my original and do not recommend. I will go to a proper garage door company and buy the same as before, I only changed as changed trim color from beige to white!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Suitable Replacement This is a decent product, I used them to replace my older rusty metal type door seals. Installation was a breeze, however I thought they looked funny. Because of the flimsy design they tend to not lay flat. After a few days I decided to rectify the situation. I wasn’t willing to put a screw every 6 inches so went back to HD and purchased a big tube of black caulk (because my trim is painted black) for exterior, removed the newly installed door seals, ran a think bead of caulking along the length of each piece, and then reinstalled them. They look good now. To improve the product, it should come with two sides tape pre installed on the back side. The others reviews about the sticker not coming off are quite comical, who cares if there’s a sticker on the back, if you have enough time to waste by trying to remove that sticker you are very fortunate.

It took me an hour just to remove it on one of the pieces. Put it on the back at least so it can be hidden. Can’t even use an adhesive remover wheel to speed things up as the plastic is so cheap it gets worn away in the process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy install and easy to cut Read the reviews about the sticker being hard to remove and it is true. BUT the sticker is actually on the back side, and not the front. I think people are installing it incorrectly. If you look at the picture, the groove side is the back side. The smooth side is where the nails or screws are going. No issues with the installation, looks good.
