Does this come apart for installation or is it all one piece? My height of ceiling is only 84" so it would have to be adjusted in order to fit. Is this possible? Was looking at another unit but tub is not as deep and I want a deeper tub!!

Finishing my basement, want a one piece Aspen, need to know if the measurements are exact or is there chance they may be larger? I have 59 3/4" to get it down my stairs, says 59.5" in width, so leaves me only 1/4" gap. Want to make sure before buying.
