My wife loves how easy it is to clean since there is no door track at the bottom, only a squeegee seal. The overall frameless glass design with no crossbars adds brightness to the tub area. So, we are repeat buyers, now buying this one for the tubbed shower in our new house. This is an identical unit to the one we had before. There are more expensive half doors out there, but this Maxx fits the bill fine, simple is good.

Does this door pivot open? I am confused because the title says it is fixed but the description says it swings outward and inward.

Yes, it pivots, with a "squeegee" seal along the bottom that presses against the top of your tub to prevent the shower spray from dripping through. So there is a vertical hinge mounted to the wall. There is plenty of room at the end of the door to get into the tub to take a shower, so we don't usually use the pivoting feature when taking a shower. But if you have limited access at the end, you could use the pivoting feature as a regular access method. For us, we use it mainly for cleaning, or when using the tub as a tub.

I need to know if this door is 34 or 30 inches wide. The headline says 30 inches and the specifications say 34 inches wide... also is it actually 55.5 inches tall? I have a small tub so those 4 inches make a difference.

It appears the sku 137510 is the 30” one, and sku 137511 is the 34” one.  The specification error is enough to make you worry though.  By the way these doors to swing out, they are not fixed to the tub but have a clear gasket that sweeps along the tub top edge.  To be sure of size, when you are in the online order screen, start a chat with an actual Home Depot associate, or call their 1-800 number.  I’m not sure if these questions are answered by Home Depot.

Hello, the picture shows the door on the left wall. We need it on the right wall. Is this reversible? Can it be used on a right wall as well even though the picture only shows it to be on the left wall?

Yes, I put ours on the right wall! It went up quite easily. One note: The door goes straight out from the wall at 45º angle so place it to be right in line with the tub. It's a great door
