Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor designed hardware I installed this shower door for a customer, not too long ago.The most painful experience with the shower door brackets. It is very poor design with single low quality screw holding the glass doors which steps up and down. Every time customer is using the shower, door keeps opening on its own causing water leaking out.I called the manufacture and their only solutions was to purchase a self closing bracket that cost $116 +tax for both sides. Fair price not worth hassel and extra money that you will need to spend for extra part that should be include in price when you purchase. I don't recommend it. I have installed many other shower doors in the past, just for the record.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missing parts, poorly made After purchasing the product online, it took a month to receive the product. Amazing it wasn't destroyed based on the packaging. Critical parts were incorrectly manufactured, and by the time I got to that stage of installation, it was easier to buy specialized tools to correct the deficiency. Some missing parts. One soft close piston too stiff causing the door to fall off its track every time it was closed. Unable to adjust. Looks good, but function and installation not all that impressive.

First, from both side of door, because the bumper stops the door to totally close, leaving a gap around 5mm; Second, also in the middle, where the two doors overlapping, has a gap of 22mm wide between doors. Though they overlapped each other by about 65mm, water still bounce out, but less than both side. Water is not directly leak out, but bounce out from these gaps. Snap-in rubber edge seals should be included with this door.

A professional contractor installed this for me as part of a bathroom renovation and I am quite pleased. Having handle bars is used not only for opening the doors but to hold towels and facecloth. You can't go wrong with MAAX.

Would have got a 5 rating, but my door was dropped off in a neighbours driveway 6 houses away in the pouring rain. It took me, my wife and the neighbour to load it into my suv because the cardboard was soaked. Thank goodness it didn’t fall apart and break.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Discolouration or Oxidation that cannot be removed One year into owning this shower door, the bottom frame has developed a white haze even after wiping water from it on a daily basis. My chrome shower head which is 15 years old does not have these marks. I've tried several cleaners and vinegar but nothing can remove the discolouration. I live in an area with soft water.

Product is generally good, good workmanship, few criticisms install instructions could use improvement manual had a QR link for instructions but didn't work, an oversight that should be captured. Instructions need to be reviewed well especially prior to printing. Product support from manufacture was good, I needed rollers as one of them was acting up.

How does the door adhere at the bottom where it connects to the tub? The current doors run on a track and gets filthy. Want something that is trackless or VERY easy to clean. But it has to be watertight because the floor leaks into the ceiling when wet

The bottom track is laid down on a bead of silicone, and then the joint is sealed on the inside with another bead of silicone to make it watertight.  The installation instructions are very clear and easy to follow.  The track is easy to clean.

Is the door reversible that it opens right to left? Can you have the sliding door on the outside position of the track?

The doors open from either end for left or right access. The header contains the tracks for both doors. The rollers for the doors glide on the track inside the header and are not visible. Would highly recommend the soft close option. Works great.

Does this fit a 60" bathtub?

Hi Julie, tubs are usually installed on studs, so the opening will be less than 60". So 59" should work with a 60" tub, as long as your opening is between 55-59". We hope this helps!
