With zero emissions, lower noise, and less maintenance, the DUC307RTX2 is a welcome solution for cutting and trimming applications. The Brushless Motor with variable speed delivers 0- 1,520 FPM allows users to get high power efficiency that is equivalent to a gas chain saw. Convenience features include toolless chain adjustments, a front hand guard engineered to actuate the chain brake when engaged, an electric brake for maximum productivity and 14" guide bar. Its part of Makitas expanding 18V LXT System, the worlds largest cordless tool system powered by 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries. Makita 18V Lithium-Ion Batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger.

Brushless DC motor with high power to weight ratio generates less heat buildup and is ideal for prolonged cutting applications

Toolless bar mounting and chain tension adjustment for quick and easy set up and adjustment on the jobsite
