They were easy to install/cut to our liking, and they look great in many types of rooms. We installed this floor in our kitchen, dining room, sun room, and a bed room. They're holding up the best in the bedroom (least amount of foot traffic, few things are dropped), but in the kitchen a few boards have gotten dinged. We chose the hickory for the hardness, and I was expecting the quality to last a little bit longer, but this type of floor is able to be refinished, so we'll probably end up doing that later down the line. The color and variety of the wood is probably my favorite feature of the floor.

Only a few pieces of the 15 boxes we bought were defective (not even that badly). We installed it as a floating floor. Feels solid, haven’t noticed any scratches yet after moving furniture around.

We were told that this was a very hard a durable wood. We told our concerns and chose this for that reason. Pretty much you look at it wrong and it scratches . Probably will have to replace the entire floor soon. Too many scratches. And this was installed at a cottage that we are at only a few times a year. My regular oak floor at home is way better than this stuff.

Very easy to install, if you have the right tools. Table saw, miter saw. Had some leftover pieces that got wet and the finish peeled of, but maintenance instructions clearly state not to get water between the planks. Hopefully the floors will look as beautiful as they are now in the years to come.

What is the depth of the wear layer?

the 3/8" x 6.5" CLick-Lock has a 1.2mm SLICED FACE Veneer, and the Tongue & Groove 1/2" x 7.5" x Lengths to 74" has a 2mm SLICED face veneer. Both collections have a LIFETIME residential finish warranty and a LIFETIME structural warranty.
