Spc flooring on densified core, combined with a waterproof core . Featuring True Grout Technology (TG) that offers the unique look of a 18" x 18" ceramic tile with an integrated grout line. All grout lines are sealed with the new TG shield making them 100% stain proof. This Spc True grout product offers a 20 Mil (0.5 mm) protection against excessive wear for everyday traffic. This product installs easily with the Drop Lock Click system over any rigid subfloor with minimal floor preparation. Dimensions of the planks are 18 1/2'' x 37''. Due to the uniqueness of this product with the grout line in the middle of the plank you can install it with the option of an aligned joint or a staggered format.

Après avoir lu les instructions et regardé plusieurs vidéo youtube relatifs à ce sujet, j'ai tout installé moi même et j'en suis très satisfait. J'ai utilisé une scie électrique pour faire les coupes. Apparence comme ceramique. Quand on marche dessus c'est comme la céramique. Il est important que le plancher soit bien plat car ce vinyl est mince mais solide et ne tolérerait pas de déformation importante. Bien lire et suivre les instructions pour éviter des frustrations. Les video youtube ont été tres utiles. Sinon, on peut aussi recourir à un professionnel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great click flooring which is DIY friendly. We purchased flooring for our kitchen, hallway, back entrance and powder room. It looks good and is easy to clean. It clicks together fairly easily and because the tiles are large it goes down quickly. A lot better than the 3 other click flooring products I have used in the past. Make sure everything is lined up and clicked together as you go. If you have some not locked it will throw the whole floor out and you must go back and fix it or you are in trouble. We found that if it was almost in you could tap it with a rubber mallet and it would lock but if it was not lined up correctly banging on it with a rubber mallet would only crack the edge and then the whole piece is garbage so be careful. Also check that you haven’t chipped any corner when you are moving around or you will have a small hole at the joints. This product is very hard, it is not something that you can just score and snap. We cut it with a jigsaw and the blades needed to be changed regularly. Take your time and you can easily get a good outcome doing it yourself. I would recommend this product.

We have a sample at home and find it sounds hard and plasticy when walked on.  How is it when it is all laid?

Hello and thank you for your question, The Keaton Marble is made from Stone Polymer Composite, which has a ceramic tile visual but is meant to be more comfortable underfoot. There is also an attached pad to increase comfort once installed. Please be sure that your subfloor is flat, straight, free of any high spots, depressions or debris prior to installation, and you should not have an issue

Can these be cut with a laminate or vinyl flooring cutter?

Yes these are easy to install. The tiles click together. You can use a ruler and an exacto knife to cut.

What is the best way to clean this flooring? I find dirt/mud gets stuck in the little pores of each tile from my dogs. The Swiffer doesn't help and I'd rather not have to scrub on my hands and knees

The Marbelesque product was developed to be extremely low maintenance, simply sweep with a soft broom or vacuum and follow up with a slightly dampened micro- fiber mop, this will remove any debris in the tiles and achieve the fresh cleanliness you are looking for.

Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, the product can be installed over old ceramic. Just make sure that the old ceramic is well glued and solid and if you have grout line more than 1/2 wide, please fill them with the appropriate floor leveler.

Hello and thank you for your question, Yes the product can be installed in a basement over concrete floor. The subfloor must be level, dry, clean, and firm. “High‐spots” or “Depressions” on subfloor of more than 3mm must be sanded down or filled in with an appropriate filling compound.

Can this be installed over vinyl flooring

Hello and thank you for your question , This flooring can be installed directly on top of your existing floor if the condition of your flooring is flat and smooth. Heavily cushioned vinyl flooring or vinyl flooring consisting of multiple layers are NOT suitable subfloors. If your subfloor is flat and solid, you can install Marblesque directly over it, no need to add another layer of plywood.
